It was an amazing night of renewing acquaintances, seeing old friends, and reaffirming the resilience of Edmonton’s new home building industry. Yes, the recent 2022 Awards of Excellence in Housing was a stunning success and marked a big return to the glory for the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Edmonton Region (CHBA-ER). Coventry Homes won big that night, taking in not only the Builder of the Year – Large Volume prize, but also the Leadership Award, along with a couple of new home awards and sales and marketing wins to go with it. Our cover story reveals how this remarkable Edmonton-based homebuilder feels about the win and how they have been able to stay on top.
