After School Youth Lounge Grades 6 - 8
Many middle school kids hang out after school at the J. We want to make sure they have a fun and safe environment to do homework and meet up with friends. The Youth Lounge located above the Welcome Desk is open to students in grades 6 - 8, for homework and computer use, watching movies and hanging out with friends. Youth will not be permitted to hang out in the JCC outside of the lounge unless they are in a program or are supervised by an adult.

Come and Visit Israel Through One of Our Various Programs • MASA Israel Journey connects Jewish young adults ages 18 to 30 through 160 different programs: gap year, study abroad, post-college, and volunteer programs. Masa Israel makes it easier for you to have exciting, life-changing experiences in Israel. All applicants are eligible for grants. • Taglit-Birthright Israel provides a gift to first time peer groups and educational trips to Israel for Jewish young adults ages 18 to 26. TaglitBirthright Israel’s founders created this program to strengthen the sense of solidarity among world Jewry, and to strengthen participants’ personal Jewish identity and connection to the Jewish people. A trip of 10 days to Israel is provided by several partners: private philanthropists through The Birthright Israel Foundation; the people of Israel through the Government of Israel; and Jewish communities around the world (North American Jewish Federations, Keren Hayesod and the Jewish Agency for Israel).
