Join us for a day trip to explore the mystery of the Ancient Sonoran Desert People’s community and “Great House” preserved at Casa Grande National Monument. The Casa Grande is a 4-story, 11-room structure which was built about 700 years ago. Our trip will include a Ranger-led guided tour of the Casa Grande ruins, and time to explore the site on your own. Whether you are an experienced painter or have never painted at all, you are invited to join the fun and excitement for a morning at Suzie Black's home studio where we will drink Mimosas and create individual paintings to take home by the end of the 3 hr. session. Have you heard about all of the Wine and Paint places popping up all over town? Well, we're creating our own spin on it with an elegant morning soiree (in your messy painting clothes.) Group Fitness classes for active adults

Join us for one or all of our group fitness classes geared just you! Check our monthly Group Fitness schedule at the Welcome Desk for dates and times of classes.

AQUA BLAST

This class is a deep-water workout suitable for all ages and levels of fitness AND designed to challenge both the cardiovascular and muscular systems. The workouts include lap swimming, water walking and jogging and invigorating non-impact deep-water exercises. Level 1-2

AQUA FIT

This shallow water workout includes calisthenics style movements with variations of upper and lower body resistive moves. Participants march, jog, and ski through the water to create resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility. Level 1-2

HEART & SOLE

A low impact workout for all fitness levels. This class will improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and balance. Level 1-2

SENIORCISE

This class is specifically geared for the needs of mature adults. Flexibility and strengthening exercises for the entire body. Level 1-2

CHAIR YOGA

This class is a gentle form of yoga. You will practice yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair. This class is great for individuals who have difficulties getting up and down off the floor. Level 1-2

GENTLE YOGA

Gentle yoga is a class suitable for anyone wishing to maintain and improve flexibility, balance, mobility, and strength. Gentle postures including back and core strengthening exercises are incorporated in this yoga practice. This class is great for beginners or anyone wanting a basic yoga class. Level 1-2 Level 1 = beginner
