Vineyard Premium Catering - is a high-end, full-service catering label where Vineyard quality and service are at the top. The location can be an event location, home or office, but also an empty meadow that is transformed from A to Z for the occasion. The most beautiful menus are served here, by high-quality service and hospitality.
Since the end of 2016, Vineyard has been a preferred partner of Muziekgebouw. Our years of experience here mean that we know the location well and know exactly how to use the spaces optimally for each event. Whether it concerns a conference, gala dinner, fair or anniversary, Vineyard always delivers tailor-made solutions fitting to the event. We would like to get in touch to make a suitable proposal.

We go for local food
We avoid long chains in which there are often poor working conditions. And avoid regions where the environment is not taken very seriously By sourcing locally with less transport, CO2 emissions are much lower
We serve seasonal products (not from the greenhouse)
Fruit and vegetables have the least impact on the environment during their 'own' season In addition, seasonal products are healthier and fuller in taste. By serving seasonal products (not from the greenhouse), our food has a small carbon footprint
Animal proteins have a much higher carbon footprint than vegetable proteins By using proportionately fewer animal products, the footprint per meal becomes smaller and moreover, we save unnecessary animal suffering
We do not waste anything
Throwing food away is not only a waste, because someone else could have eaten it If 50% has to be thrown away, the carbon footprint of the meal is 2x higher than necessary Less waste, so it's better for you
We make the choice for healthy food easy and attractive, for our guests and colleagues. We do this, among other things, by offering the right ratio of healthy products / guilty pleasures, by reducing salt saturated fat and sugar by means of clear communication
