Spezialitäten aus 36 Hotels – beinahe doppelt so viele wie in der ersten Ausgabe – stehen auf der internationalen Speisenkarte. Dem trägt auch die mehrsprachige Auflage Rechnung: Jeweils in Kombination mit Englisch ist das Buch auf Deutsch, Französisch, Tschechisch, Polnisch und Russisch erhältlich.
he constant expansion of Vienna International Hotels & Resorts prompted us to produce a new cookbook just two years after the great success of our first richly illustrated culinary guide. Inside, you will find an international menu of specialities from 36 hotels – nearly twice as many as were in the first edition. This richness and diversity is also reflected in the multilingual publication of the book, which will be available in English coupled with German, French, Czech, Polish or Russian.
