DR: The process of becoming a whole woman and CEO, as I am called, is what I call the journey. I think the process is always evolving and improving to become more pure and polished as gold.

DR: The component that makes the greatest difference in helping others learn and transferring my skill set to teach, empower, and ultimately achieve to leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.
R: What advice would you give someone who wants to transition from being an employee to entrepreneur?
DR: The process is in a transition, as you said So, for any move to be successful, planning is key While working, they must cultivate self-control, drive, and a wide network As an entrepreneur, you will use and put these traits to the test every day
R: What are three traits you feel an entrepreneur must have?
DR: An entrepreneur on a consistent basis must have integrity, empathy and values

R: How do you persist in the face of challenges within your business?
DR: I have an optimistic outlook, which helps me to be persistent in the face of difficulties I changed the way I perceived difficulties In my view, a problem is simply an untapped potential for success and progress that is just waiting for me to seize!
R: Why do you what you do?
DR: My love for people transcends race, nationality and personality. ! I desire to empower others to become interdependent with winning. When we collaborate in lieu of competition, we can truly achieve success together.
R: 100 years from now when people learn about you, what do you want to be known for?
DR: In a 100 years, my aspiration for others to know that I imparted into others a legacy of love, wisdom and empowerment is what I want to be known for
R: Give three tips to new business owners, and leaders
DR: 1) Be the change you want to see in the world
2) Show up each day with passion, consistency and confidence, even in moments of uncertainty
3) Be organized and write the vision to allow others to follow your plan, as they are not mind readers
