R: How do you persist in the face of challenges within your business?

DR: I have an optimistic outlook, which helps me to be persistent in the face of difficulties I changed the way I perceived difficulties In my view, a problem is simply an untapped potential for success and progress that is just waiting for me to seize!

R: Why do you what you do?

DR: My love for people transcends race, nationality and personality. ! I desire to empower others to become interdependent with winning. When we collaborate in lieu of competition, we can truly achieve success together.

R: 100 years from now when people learn about you, what do you want to be known for?

DR: In a 100 years, my aspiration for others to know that I imparted into others a legacy of love, wisdom and empowerment is what I want to be known for

R: Give three tips to new business owners, and leaders

DR: 1) Be the change you want to see in the world

2) Show up each day with passion, consistency and confidence, even in moments of uncertainty

3) Be organized and write the vision to allow others to follow your plan, as they are not mind readers
