International Bestselling Author, Jennifer Diaby is the founder and CEO of Growth Women's Prayer Ministry, a non-profit organization and Growth Women's Business Networks Magazine, where she promotes for women in different business areas, promoting their books, goods, or services throughout all of her social media networks.Ms. Diaby graduated from Columbia College in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs. In 2015, she received her accreditation in Christian Marriage Counseling from New Covenant International Bible College. Ms. Diaby received her master's degree in Not-for-Profit/ Organizational Leadership from Regent University's School of Business & Leadership in May 2019.
Author Jennifer Diaby seeks to encourage, motivate, and raise ladies and all of her social media followers that are suffering from emotional trauma and pain.
Ms. Diaby was a co-author of the anthology book "Pain 2 Passion: Our Valley Experience," which earned her the title of Best-Selling Author, contributed to four anthology volumes, self-published four of her own books, and created two devotional scripture diaries.
Her original writings consist of the following titles: Growth: My Journey Of Spiritual Growth To Emotional Healing And Forgiveness; God Did The Miracle: A Special Blessing From God; God’s Readings On Women To Heal- G.R.O.W.T.H and The Beautiful Little Princess Who Prays For Everyone (a children's book).

R: How would you describe your journey of becoming the woman and CEO you are today?
J: My journey of becoming the woman and CEO that I am today has been an exciting experience. The lessons I have learned are: to always put God first, stay strong in your faith while remaining focused on your purpose, and remember when life is challenging do not give up.
R: What would you say is most rewarding in what you do?
J: The most rewarding in what I do is networking and supporting women on my social media platforms by advertising their books, products, and services.
R: What advice would you give someone who wants to transition from being an employee to entrepreneur?
J: First, pray to God and seek Him before making the transition from being an employee to an entrepreneur. God will direct and guide your path to walk you into your destiny and purpose in life. God will show you if being an entrepreneur is the right decision for you.
R: What are three traits you feel an entrepreneur must have?
J: The three traits an entrepreneur must have are strong leadership skills, determination, and selfmotivation.
R: Why do you what you do?
J: I absolutely love the work that I do with my books and magazine publication because I advertise and promote women in various industries of business.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

R: How do you persist in the face of challenges within your business?
J: I persist in the face of challenges within my business because of my faith in God and perseverance to keep moving forward.
R: How do you measure success?
J: I measure success through the positive impact I am making in my community and overall society.
R: 100 years from now when people learn about you, what do you want to be known for?
J: When people learn about me 100 years from now, I want to leave a great legacy of impacting women and people in my community in a positive way. I want my books and ministry to continue to encourage, inspire, and uplift people to live for Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
R: Give three tips to new business owners, and leaders.
J: Three tips for new business owners and leaders are the following: write a blueprint for your business plan, create effective marketing strategies to advertise your business, and stay focused to accomplish your business goals.
