In this regard, the Head of State urged heads of state, leaders and other people of good will in the world to be in solidarity with Venezuela before the attack.

"We appeal for global solidarity of leaders, social movements, presidents, prime ministers and of governments around the world. In Venezuela is in play the peace of this America and is in play the future of our own independence in this century," he said.

International outcry
