“Education should be taken as an essential service. USL itself took the challenges with that great resolve to always provide quality education. So, being a CICM missionary institution, USL believes that education is a mission, and the mission cannot be stopped. Mission has to continue because through education, we will be able to accompany everyone, especially our learners in this most difficult time in their lives,” Fr. Sta. Ana said when he gave his message during the event. USLWB
