RPM brings simplicity for plan sponsors by offering discretionary investment management with UBS acting as an investment manager under ERISA Section 3(38). RPA provides investment advice and flexibility for plan sponsors as it is a nondiscretionary advisory program that offers investment advice with UBS acting as an investment advisor and fiduciary under ERISA Section 3(21).
