>> Asked the freshmen to wait for Tuesday (August 26), before signing up in any organizations just to be safe. Penalties are grave (suspension of officers). >> Student councils are not included in this code. >> BL will release a statement as a whole on Sunday (August 24)
Freshmen Batch Representatives The newly appointed Freshman Representatives were welcomed and introduced to BAC as part of its 26 member pool.

Marketing Updates Marketing Councillors, Zachary See and Caitlin Gregorio, presented their updates on current and upcoming BAC sponsors
Adopt-A-Barangay Adopt-A-Barangay team leader, Andrea Yu, conducted a head count of attendees for the next visit to Baranggay Puray (August 25)
Rummage Sale 2nd BAC Rummage Sale will be on August 31, Alabang (Monica Lee’s House). Gathering of rummageables will start today until next week.
Project Updates. Bacbacan »» The team released a teaser last Monday. »» Theme: Hunger Games »» District details will be released next week.
Business CSR »» The team will start marketing.
Orgpres »» Date might be moved to November 28 or December 7
BEAST »» Theme: Avengers.
Councilor Updates SR »» BA Choir >> Sign-ups will soon be opened. »» Ate Ibel Initiative >> BAC has collected 7450 from the students, which is not enough to provide benefit for Ate Ibel’s recovery. BAC will have to open donations again, during the recruitment fair and in the coop. Alumni were tapped but no news of donations yet. On the other hand, Ate Ibel is in the province getting well. However, it is a 7 hour ride from her house to the clinic, which has no available neurologist.
Finance »» Budget allocation for projects and initiatives will be released soon.

Student Code Break the code campaign. >> Will aim to remove the ban on fraternities and sororities. The USC will release the statement tonight with the list of orgs who are willing to participate >> The goal of this campaign is to mobilize the students to fight for our right to organize

Marketing »» Costs with receipts from marketing expenses will be reimbursed.
Others »» Food sales are completely not allowed since we already have a cafeteria. Consignment to the coop is allowed. 2
Orgs can only sell when the coop is closed.
