WHAT IS TALENT SEARCH? Talent Search is an educational outreach program funded by the U.S. Department of Education. It is designed to help motivate and support students in grades 6 through 12 who have the potential to succeed in higher education.
WHAT DO WE DO? Our Talent Search staff work with schools to identify and enroll qualified students who have the desire to realize their dreams of a college education. Program participants are provided with free services aimed at supporting them from middle school, through high school graduation, the college admissions process, and beyond.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE? To participate you must: qualify as low income and/or first generation college-bound (i.e., neither parent has received a 4-year college degree) agree to receive services from the Union Settlement College Readiness Program
