TRAINING FREE AEGIS Homestay Safeguarding Training
Designated Safeguarding Lead Training
AEGIS Quality Standards state that all main carers in homestays should have safeguarding training which is updated annually and renewed every 3 years.
18th and 19th October at 09.30
To help our member guardianship organisations fulfil this responsibilty, AEGIS now offers a bespoke online training facility via our Member Portal available exclusively to our member guardianship organisations for their homestays.

AEGIS will be offering this training for DSLs via Zoom.
By logging in to the portal, each guardianship organisation has access to a unique link to send to their homestays. Completion of the course is then easily monitored from within the portal and certificates can be issued by the guardianship organisation and sent to their homestays and/or to keep for their own records This is now live.
