Materials Science & Engineering (MSE)
Develop a fundamental understanding of materials from the nano to macro scales while gaining computational skills and business acumen.
Admission Options
There are two pathways to apply to M.E.T., as an incoming Freshman or a Berkeley Engineering Continuing Student in an M.E.T. engineering track junior year
While in M.E.T., Kai conducted research on energy storage solutions with the Berkeley National Lab. He also interned with Bloom Energy summer '19 and SpaceX summer '21 and is now working full-time at SpaceX.
