Type of Degree
Those wishing to study the Degree in Communications Electronic Engineering should ideally have a solid grounding in mathematics and a good understanding of subjects related to technology and science. A good level of English is also recommended. Future students should possess an aptitude for understanding abstract ideas and be attentive, perceptive, organised and methodical as well as showing a capacity for reasoning, analysis and synthesis. Course contents The Degree in Communications Electronic Engineering is aimed at producing experts in telecommunications technology, circuit and electronic systems design, microprocessors and microcontrollers, electronic instrumentation and power electronics, all in the context of telecommunications and electronic systems. As professionals, graduates are equipped to lead project development, identify problems, assess risk and provide effective solutions, demonstrating an aptitude for learning and accommodating to possible change in order to adapt in a rapidly evolving field.
