Units: Median value is $348,000, showing a strong 16.2% annual increase and a massive 129.9% rise over five years. Units average 14 days on market, with a median rent of $425pw.
In the past six months, Manunda saw 62 property sales (21 houses, 40 units, 1 flat), with sale prices ranging from $135,000 to $890,000.
