Underage girls busted in Ruaka sex den linked to an ex-minister. Among the teenage girls rescued was a student who had disappeared from a secondary school two months ago. Investigators have linked the sex den to a group of prominent personalities, one of whom is a former Cabinet Secretary. Investigations reveal that the girl, a Form Two student at a school in Kiambu, was recruited to the trade by a friend who lured her with the promise of making money.

A Nyandarua county government employee was on Saturday morning found dead after reportedly being gang-raped. The body of Mary Mundothi, a community development assistant based in Ndaragua sub county was found lying by the roadside at Heshima village in Ol Jororok sub county. According to police reports, the body had deep cuts on the head and cheek and had no innerwear.

Traders in Ndhiwa, Homa Bay County, are counting losses after property worth millions of shillings were reduced to ashes on Saturday morning. The fire which started at 1am destroyed photocopying and printing machines, gas cylinders, refrigerators, mattresses, motorbikes, alongside consumable and non-consumable items. Crime scene 

Following the murder of Six Bouncers at a burial in Masembula Village, Busia County. DCI Detectives have so far arrested & arraigned six prime suspects, with the court granting 14 days for the completion of investigations before the suspects plead to the charges. One motorcycle which had been stolen from a survivor of the vicious attack recovered. The six suspects are;

At least 40 families have been displaced at a trading centre in Bomet County following floods. Thirty residential houses, eight business premises and four pit latrines have been submerged in flood water following heavy rains pounding the area. Several houses had their roofs blown off by strong winds in Kapkwen trading centre in Chepalungu sub county. Bomet County government has dispatched a grader and an excavator to unblock drainages.

The body of an 11-year-girl who drowned three weeks ago was finally retrieved from a river in Bomet County. Brenda Chepkemoi, a Class Four pupil at Three Angels Academy in Bomet township drowned at Nyangores River at Raia village. She is said to have slipped into the river while trying to retrieve a sandal but was swept away by the raging waters on November 3, 2019.

A landcruiser was swept away along River Rojeweru in Meru National Park, KWS has confirmed all tourists and the driver are safe.

43-Year-Old Joyce WAMBUI was last night arrested at Ngararia in Kandara, Murang'a County by DCI Thika West Detectives being a suspect of Stealing a 4-days old Infant at Thika Level Five Hospital. While at the hospital yesterday at 2pm, the child's mother had requested the suspect to hold the child for a moment as she photocopied some documents, only to turn around & find her gone. Acting on intelligence, Detectives traced the suspect with the baby. Child reunited with the mother & having medical attention. Suspect in custody.

Robbery with Violence 3 Robbery with Violence Suspects were today arrested & an AK 47 Rifle which was robbed from Police Constable Sirar SAITOTI on the night of 13/11/2019 recovered at a residential house in Mauko area, Busia County. The operation by DCI SCPU & Busia Detectives led them to the main suspect; 36year-old Robert Seraphine DEVEUSTER, in whose house the firearm with no ammunitions was found. 30 rounds had been loaded in the rifle the night when unknown people attacked the officer who was heading for guard duties at CIPU Hqrs, Siaya County. Other suspects who are also linked to a series of robberies in the area for the last three weeks are Michael WESONGA (34yrs) & Henry HAGABA (36yrs). A Toyota Premio; UAW 553A believed to have been stolen from Uganda also recovered & detained. Investigations ongoing.

Gilgil, the mutilated body of a middle aged woman, who had been missing for the past one week in unclear circumstances, found hidden with shrubs. A senior police officer was on Tuesday morning found dead in a bar within Bombolulu in Mombasa. The officer, identified by his colleagues and locals as Chief Inspector William Chepkwony, was attached to Mbungoni Police Station. Workers at the bar told police he was a regular customer at the pub. Monday night, he was dropped there by his colleagues who left soon after. His body was found in a sitting position on a chair early Tuesday morning. The body was moved to Coast Provincial General Hospital where an autopsy will be conducted

from Kiamuguongo Village in Ndia Constituency, Kirinyaga, has confessed to sacrificing her 8-year-old son after receiving KSh20, 000 from "devil worshippers" living in Nairobi’s South C area. Police Officers who were on foot patrol acting on information persued four suspects along Luthuli avenue towards the scene of shooting at the intersection of Ukwala road and Mwatate lane about 300 metres west of station. Police Officers challenged them to stop but they defied the orders and started to fire at the Officers who responded and managed to fatally injured two of the robbers. Five people perished last night when the vehicle was washed by flash floods in Nkatatoek, Kajiado central.

At least 27 people have been killed after a plane crashed in a densley populated neighbourhood in Goma in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo on Sunday (November 24). Some of those killed were on the ground after being hit with falling debris, according to a rescue official.

A 27-year-old man is facing charges of committing an indecent act with a minor after allegedly kissing seven-year-old girl’s private parts at his house. Alphonse Musoni is accused of unlawfully and intentionally committing the act on November 9, 2019 in Kayole estate, Nairobi. Musoni allegedly called the minor while returning from shop to see his young baby who was sleeping in the house.
