In May, Tulsa is celebrating 100 years of Route 66 by making history. Spectators from across the country will be invited to cheer on a world-record attempt for the largest classic car parade ever, as 3,000 vintage vehicles cruise down the city’s iconic stretch of the Mother Road. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of history and support this epic placemaking event.

AUDIENCE & MARKETING

Capital Cruise aims to be a fun and memorable way to celebrate a once-in-a-lifetime milestone. With global interest in America’s Highway, the event is expected to draw a wide audience—from Route 66 fans and classic car enthusiasts to Tulsa locals and anyone eager to witness a world-record attempt. Lined with vendors, food, and entertainment, the parade route will offer something for all ages in a festive, family-friendly atmosphere.

The marketing demographics will reflect just that. An inclusive campaign will be deployed on social media via the META platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and on the Google Display Ad Network.
