Bobbie Brown, Registrar Office of the Registrar SECTION

It is my pleasure to present the Office of the Registrar 2020-2021 Annual Report and share with you some of our recent accomplishments. As I reflect on the last year, I believe our acknowledgement of challenges as well as opportunities illustrates our endurance, dedication, and continued commitment to serving our students, staff, and faculty. We recognize and appreciate the challenges we all have faced university wide. These challenges have provided us an opportunity to review services provided by the Office of the Registrar and enhance the customer experience. Despite continued uncertainties presented by the pandemic, Texas Tech University succeeded in attaining a record enrollment for the 12th consecutive year. As we welcomed 40,322 Red Raiders in Fall 2020, we demonstrated efficiency and excellence in our performance standards and practices. We enhanced and developed innovative solutions to meet the needs of our students and the campus community we serve. We embraced our incoming students and made processes for registration and grading easier to understand and use. We continued to be transparent in our processes and created more efficient ways to think about and work with student data. We enjoy and value our unique position within the university community. I sincerely appreciate your positive contributions to our goals, our mission, and our future. Without our campus partners, we would flounder.
