Retiring Torres Strait Regional Authority (TSRA) chair Napau Pedro Stephen, who was also the longest-serving mayor of the Torres Shire Council, was

honoured last week with a presentation evening attended by families and friends from all three local Council areas of the region. Mayor Elsie Seriat said it was a
