Big ailan welcome for visiting cruisers Strait Experience staff and Kaziw Meta students and staff have teamed up to offer hundreds of cruising visitors authentic ‘meet and greet’ services on Waiben over the past month. Three massive ships, one carrying nearly 900 passengers, have dropped anchor off our shores, dwarfing neighbouring islands and unable to dock, but still keen to experience a taste or two of what our Ailan life has to offer. In the picture is Strait Experience Shoreside Services’ Robert Kaigey working with Kaziw Meta boarders Jarani Kebisu and Tomisha Ahwang, and Career Transition Officer Jimmy O’Cloudy.
