We are so excited to begin another academic year with you all! We hope you had a fantastic summer and are ready for Fall 2023!

In this issue:

 Changing your registration

 TRIO Study Hall and Tutoring Support

 Community Events

 Campus resources: Food and housing

 Connect with your TRIO Academic Advisor

Changing your registration:

If you need to drop a class, please complete the process online. Not attending class doesn't automatically drop you, in fact it can really hurt you in the long run. Until 4 pm on Friday of Week 1 of the quarter, you can drop registration online. If you drop before then, you will receive a 100% refund of tuition and fees.

Starting on Monday of Week Two, you can only drop registration by paper form with your signature and you may only be refunded up to 50% of your tuition if you don’t add the same number of credits back.

Beyond Week 2- Beyond the 10th day of the quarter, it becomes more difficult to drop classes and you must fill out a petition to do so.

TRIO can help! If you need guidance with adding or dropping a class, please reach out to your TRIO advisor.

IMPORTANT: If you are a student who receives financial aid, reducing your credit below 12 credits can mean that you will get less financial aid.
