Summer Housing and Registration

The housing application for Summer will open next Wednesday, April 17 at Noon and the number of spaces available is very limited. Approximately 20 beds are available. Please remember that you must be registered for classes to live on campus, including summer.

Due to the high demand, if you are planning to stay on campus over the summer, please be prepared to submit your housing application as soon as it opens to increase your chances of securing a spot. Submit your housing application here.

Taking Summer classes? The application to apply for summer financial aid is available now and is due on May 1. You can apply here.

Don’t hesitate to reach out to your TRIO Academic Specialist if you have any questions about this update.

Changing your registration

Beyond the 10th day of the quarter, it becomes more difficult to drop classes and you must fill out a petition to do so.

TRIO can help! If you need guidance with adding or dropping a class, please reach out to your TRIO advisor.

IMPORTANT: If you are a student who receives financial aid, reducing your credit below 12 credits can mean that you will get less financial aid.

Are you graduating?

Degree-seeking Greeners eligible to earn their degree in academic year 2023-24, including summer quarter, need to apply to graduate by Monday, April 15, 2024. This deadline ensures that your name will be in the printed commencement program. Apply now so your friends and family see you recognized in print.

Use the Graduation Procedures checklist to prepare for graduation. You must apply to graduate to formally graduate and receive your diploma, whether you participate in the commencement ceremony or not.

Have questions, reach out to your TRIO Advisor to learn more about graduation procedures, including help with writing your Final Academic Statement! (See TRIO events for upcoming workshops on this topic.)

FAFSA- There’s still time to apply!

Don’t miss out on Financial Aid! Complete your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) for the 24-25 Academic Year today!
