Graduation Procedures Degree-seeking Greeners eligible to earn their degree in academic year 2023-24, including summer quarter, need to apply to graduate. Use the Graduation Procedures checklist to prepare for graduation. You must apply to graduate to formally graduate and receive your diploma, whether you participate in the commencement ceremony or not. Have questions, reach out to your TRIO Advisor to learn more about graduation procedures, including help with writing your Final Academic Statement! Annual Academic Statements HOLDS coming soon! The deadline to submit your Annual Academic Statement is May 17th. Continuing students who do not have a draft of their statement by the deadline will get a registration hold on their account. This hold will prevent students from registering for summer or fall classes until the statement is submitted. Here is a short “How To”video that shows you how to submit the academic statement.
