Summer Housing
If you need to stay on campus over the summer, here’s what you need to know:
Summer Housing Applications Open: April 28 at 8:00 AM
Deadline to Apply: May 26 at 8:00 AM
Important Requirements:
• You must be a current spring term resident
• You must be registered for at least 2 summer credits Please note: There are only 50 beds available, so space is limited

Summer Registration
Thinking about taking classes this summer? If you want to be considered for financial aid for the Summer 2025 quarter, don’t forget to fill out the Summer 2025 Financial Aid Application! Just make sure to turn it in to the Financial Aid Office by the priority deadline—May 1, 2025.
If you're an undergrad, you’ll need to be signed up for at least 6 credits to qualify. You can grab the form directly from the financial aid office, or just ask your TRIO advisor, they can email it to you too!
Are you graduating?
We are excited to celebrate the achievements of the class of 2025 on Red Square Friday, June 13th at 1pm. For updates on the ceremony as they develop, as well as information on graduation regalia and photos, please visit the Commencement webpage.
Degree-seeking Greeners eligible to earn their degree in academic year 2024-25, including summer quarter, need to apply to graduate.
Use the Graduation Procedures checklist to prepare for graduation. You must apply to graduate formally and receive your diploma, whether you participate in the commencement ceremony or not.
Students who apply to graduate after April 18th, 2025, will not have their names in the printed program due to print deadlines. Contact the Registration and Records Office if you have any questions about graduation procedures, or contact your TRIO Advisor to learn more, including getting help with writing your Final Academic Statement!
FAFSA- There’s still time to apply!

TRIO Procrastination Workshop
Procrastination is often the #1 challenge for students. Whether it's the boring stuff, the tricky tasks, or even the super easy ones, they all somehow get pushed to the side until it's crunch time.
In this workshop, we'll find out what type of procrastinator you are and learn about strategies you can use to procrastinate less.
At the end, you'll be more aware of why you do it and what you can do to start tackling your tasks ahead of time!

Campus Resources and Events
Housing: Facing housing insecurity? Evergreen's Case Manager for Student Success provides housing resources and support to work with current students who may be experiencing this need. Email arcbasicneeds@evergreen.edu to set up a meeting with the Case Manager to discuss housing resources.
Basic Needs Center: The Basic Needs Center facilitates access to essential resources such as housing, food, clothing, hygiene products, and community services, at no cost to students. Our Basic Needs Navigator offers private one-on-one and virtual appointments and helps students connect to community resources through tailored referrals and advocacy. The Basic Needs team collaborates with support services across campus and a variety of community partners – including peer support, transportation, health services, legal aid, family support, and more - to ensure students have the guidance they need to navigate local resources/services and overcome challenges.
Bilingual support is available in English/Spanish.

Evergreen Satellite Foodbank
In partnership with Thurston County Foodbank, The Evergreen State College offers a foodbank satellite right here on campus to students, faculty, staff and the surrounding community!

TRIO students need to meet with their TRIO Academic Specialist at least once per quarter. Now is the time to make that appointment. You can do so by dropping by our Olympia offices or scheduling an online appointment with your academic advisor.
