Need to Change Your Class Registration? Here’s What to Know:

If you’re thinking about dropping a class, it’s important to do it the right way.

After Week 2 (the 10th day of the quarter), things get a bit trickier. You’ll need to submit a petition to add or drop a class, and there’s a $100 late fee. If you’re unsure about the process or need help making changes, your TRIO advisor is just a message away.

One last thing: If you receive financial aid, keep in mind that dropping below 12 credits could lower the amount of aid you receive. Make sure to check with Financial Aid before making changes!

Complete your FAFSA!

The 2026-27 FAFSA form is now available for all students. Complete the form to apply for financial aid for college or graduate school for the upcoming academic year.
