Apply for the TRIO Winter Internship!
TRIO is hiring a student intern for Winter Quarter! This paid opportunity offers 4 academic credits and a $1000 stipend for 10 hours/week of work. The TRIO Events and Outreach intern will help foster a supportive campus climate for firstgeneration, limited-income, and students with disabilities through event planning and student engagement.

The SEAL (Student Arts & Equity Lounge) is run by BLISS (BIPOC & LGBTQ+ Intersectional Support Services), an office that welcomes all, while uplifting and centering our BIPOC, LGBTQ+, undocumented and DACAmented community.

Chili-ng in the SEAL: Chili is back for another year!! Students are invited to join us in the SEAL for delicious vegan chili and shared community.

Travel Abroad Scholarships Available for 2025–26!
Evergreen is offering four types of scholarships to support undergraduate students traveling abroad during the 2025–26 academic year. Eligible travel may be part of an Evergreen course or program, internship, consortium agreement, exchange program, or individual learning contract (ILC).
Travel must occur during winter, spring, or summer quarters of the 2025–26 academic year.
To be considered, students must submit an Evergreen study abroad application. Application deadline: Sunday, November 16th Campus Resources
Housing: Facing housing insecurity? Evergreen's Case Manager for Student Success provides housing resources and support to work with current students who may be experiencing this need. Email arcbasicneeds@evergreen.edu to set up a meeting with the Case Manager to discuss housing resources.

Basic Needs Center: The Basic Needs Center facilitates access to essential resources such as housing, food, clothing, hygiene products, and community services, at no cost to students. Our Basic Needs Navigator offers private one-on-one and virtual appointments and helps students connect to community resources through tailored referrals and advocacy. The Basic Needs team collaborates with support services across campus and a variety of community partners – including peer support, transportation, health services, legal aid, family support, and more - to ensure students have the guidance they need to navigate local resources/services and overcome challenges. Bilingual support is available in English/Spanish.
When: Fridays from 1-5 PM by appointment Monday and Wednesday: 1-5 PM Drop-In (no appointment needed).

Evergreen Campus Foodbank
Evergreen has partnered with the Thurston County Food Bank to create a pop-up food bank at Evergreen Olympia Campus for the community. Food can be picked up from the Basic Needs Center.

TRIO students need to meet with their TRIO Academic Specialist at least once per quarter. Now is the time to make that appointment. You can do so by dropping by our Olympia offices or scheduling an online appointment with your academic advisor.
