Changing your registration

Need to Change Your Class Registration? Here’s What to Know:

If you’re thinking about dropping a class, it’s important to do it the right way.

After Week 2 (the 10th day of the quarter), you will need to submit a petition to add or drop a class, and there’s a $100 late fee.

If you’re unsure about the process or need help making changes, your TRIO advisor is just a message away.

One last thing: If you receive financial aid, keep in mind that dropping below 12 credits could lower the amount of aid you receive. Make sure to check with Financial Aid before making changes!

Summer Housing

If you need to stay on campus over the summer, here’s what you need to know:

Summer Housing Applications Open: April 28 at 8:00 AM Deadline to Apply: May 26 at 8:00 AM

Important Requirements:

• You must be a current spring term resident

• You must be registered for at least 2 summer credits

Please note: There are only 50 beds available, so space is limited

To apply use this link on or after April 28th! Click here to Apply for housing!

Have questions? You can reach Residential and Dining Services at (360) 867-6132 or rad@evergreen.edu.

Are you graduating?

Congratulations! Our hat is off to you!

We are excited to celebrate the achievements of the class of 2025 on Red Square Friday, June 13th at 1pm. For updates on the ceremony as they develop, as well as information on graduation regalia and photos, please visit the Commencement webpage.

Degree-seeking Greeners eligible to earn their degree in academic year 2024-25, including summer quarter, need to apply to graduate by Friday, April 18th, 2025. This deadline ensures that your name will be in the printed commencement program. You have worked hard and deserve to be celebrated. Apply now so your friends and family see you recognized in print.

Use the Graduation Procedures checklist to prepare for graduation. You must apply to graduate formally and receive your diploma, whether you participate in the commencement ceremony or not.

Students who apply to graduate after April 18th, 2025, will not have their names in the printed program due to print deadlines. Contact the Registration and Records Office if you have any questions about graduation procedures, or contact your TRIO Advisor to learn more, including getting help with writing your Final Academic Statement!
