Academic Fair

It’s time to start thinking about registration for Winter! The Academic Fair is an opportunity to talk with faculty about their programs or courses for next quarter. To make the best of this opportunity, it’s good to come prepared to the fair and your TRIO advisor is here to help! They can help you review the catalog offerings, narrow down the list of programs/courses you are interested in, check to see if there are prerequisites or signature requirements and brainstorm questions to ask professors. When: Wednesday, November 29th from 4 – 6 PM Where: Zoom Check the Academic Fair website at https://www.evergreen.edu/registration/academic-fairs and click on the Visit the Academic Fair WordPress site for information on how to join. All zoom links will be updated on the WordPress site on the day of the Academic Fair.

Registration Tips

Registration for the Winter Quarter begins next week! Here are some tips for making registration week a success!  Check for holds on your account that will prevent you from registering. (You can view these holds on your my.evergreen account)

 Check your registration time ticket (Date/time you can register). This is also available for you in your my.evergreen account in the registration section of the main page.  Make a prioritized list of classes. Do a bit of research in the academic catalog ahead of time about what programs and courses you would like to take. Then list the names of the programs and course registration numbers (CRNs) of each class to make sure you a prepared and ready to register as SOON as your registration time ticket opens. Have a few back up options on the list as well. Check out this helpful page from Registration and Records here for more information on registration.
