‘All Together Now’ Wellbeing Week is over & what a week it was with activities ranging from Gymnastics and Trampolining to ‘Fitness without the lies’ a seminar about health & fitness. Also, we had the challenges running for the full 7 days through to the tug of war on Sunday afternoon.

Thank you all for your efforts & organisation to make it a fun, exciting & beneficial week for us all. Hopefully you all got to get your health checks done, and joined in some of the classes on offer & worked up a sweat.

Tough Mudder Congratulations to Andy Adams and Jordan Worstencroft from Altrincham Leisure Centre who completed the Tough Mudder course this month! For anyone who hasn’t heard of this, check out the website and see more of this ridiculous assault course! Why not have a go yourself??
