A haunted harvest soiree awaits at the atmospheric Armagh Cider Co. Barn and orchard. Imagine golden-hour light, good food, and cocktails by candlelight, with spirits of both kinds mingling among the autumn leaves. The evening promises to be more magical than macabre, with rich visuals and storytelling woven through every moment, celebrating the local roots of both Symphonia Spirits and Armagh Cider Company.
Guests will be guided by the ‘Spirit of the Orchard,’ sharing tales of local legends while ambient music drifts through the barn. A carefully crafted meal showcases seasonal, locally sourced ingredients—apples making a starring appearance—paired with themed cocktails and a non-alcoholic golden brew. Each drink carries its own story, from ghostly pipers to orchard wraiths, adding an extra layer of enchantment to the evening.
Throughout the night, storytelling and music create an immersive experience, concluding with a final tale and musical finale. Guests will have the chance to purchase drinks and products, mingle, and savour the flavours of the region.

When the distillery goes dark… members of staff have noticed… The sound of footsteps. Someone calling your name – even though you are alone. Shadow figures, vaguely human forms that stalk you at night.
Are these nightshift, sleep-fuelled hallucinations? Are they whiskey-fed apparitions? Or is it something else entirely…
You might not believe in the ‘Other World’. I’m not even sure if I do. But the staff can’t deny what we have seen, what we’ve heard. Come with us through the distillery. Will you be touched by the spirits too?

Our ghostly trail begins with a fortifying welcome drink in our oldest, creepiest warehouse. We cast you out from there with a chilling tale to make your tentative way through the Distillery. Here, along the route, we share the haunting stories of some of our most tortured and nefarious souls from four hundred years of our history. Along the way, you are challenged to find all thirteen of the spirts that have escaped the confines of our sealed spirit safes and hidden themselves on the grounds. But beware of any restless ghouls that are drawn to run rampant amongst you through the dark.
Finish the experience with spirits of a more warming variety. Let us calm your racing hearts with a taster selection of our world famous whiskies, each one paired with a delectable bite- hopefully ending the night with a finish as smooth as our whiskey.

We’ll be baking in McHugh’s, Belfast’s oldest surviving building, dating all the way back to 1711. Originally a private dwelling and later a tavern, the perfect setting to connect with the past while baking the breads that shaped our shared tables.

Alongside the baking, you’ll hear tales passed down through the family and the wider Belfast community, stories as comforting as the bread itself. With flour-dusted aprons and warm griddles, you’ll recreate the feeling of an Irish kitchen, full of heart, humour, and a bit of craic.
Soda Stories Knead, shape, and griddle soda farls while hearing the tales passed down from granny’s hearth to today’s tables.
Wheaten Whispers Bake soft, nutty Guinness-laced wheaten bread and uncover the traditions it’s carried through generations.
The Famous Fadge Savour golden, buttery potato bread – griddle-fried, humble, and deeply comforting.

We invite you to celebrate the season’s bounty with a special harvest-themed experience. Immerse yourself in the flavours of Northern Ireland with our “Taste The Landscape” approach, featuring the finest seasonal produce from local farms and artisan producers.
This is more than a BBQ class it’s a journey into the rich, vibrant flavours of the region, brought to life through live-fire cooking. Set within the historic walled gardens of Brook Hall Estate, just minutes from the heart of Derry and the beginning of the Wild Atlantic Way, our venue offers an ideal setting for an unforgettable BBQ experience.
The Wild & Fired BBQ School was recently accredited for its exceptional teaching standards and facilities by the Independent Cookery Schools Association. The association also awarded it the first-ever ‘Green Award’ for its commitment to sustainable food sourcing and waste reduction.
Guests begin their experience with a guided tour of the stunning Walled Gardens before being welcomed into a covered, open-air BBQ kitchen, equipped with more than ten pieces of live fire cooking equipment. This immersive, hands-on experience invites participants not only to master the art of building fires and cooking a variety of foods over open flame, but also to cultivate a deeper connection with themselves, each other, and the land.
Our expert guides demonstrate ancient live fire cooking techniques that guests can easily try at home, while also highlighting the value of eating local. Guests are encouraged to experiment and get creative throughout the cooking process.
The final feast is enjoyed in a cosy outdoor dining area. Each guest receives a certificate along with access to educational materials from the class, and leaves with a full belly, a sense of connection, and a renewed appreciation for food and healthy living.

The Legenderry Food Network will deliver the official food village for Derry Halloween, Europe’s largest Halloween festival, creating a vibrant hub of flavour, atmosphere, and provenance at the very heart of the celebrations. Located in Waterloo Place, this dedicated street food market will be the only hot food offer across the festival site, ensuring a premium, high-quality experience that complements the city’s world-class reputation.
Each participating trader is required to feature a minimum of five local producers in their menu, meaning every dish tells the story of our land, our people, and our creativity. The mix is carefully curated to avoid duplication, offering visitors a diverse choice of cuisines, from authentic local flavours to globally inspired street food, all tied together by the Legenderry commitment to provenance and sustainability.
This food village builds on the success of the Legenderry Street Food Festival in July 2025, which attracted over 10,000 visitors and generated £50,000 in trader revenue. With over 60 members, strong partnerships with Derry City & Strabane District Council and Tourism NI, and a proven track record in safe, sustainable, and creative event delivery, the Legenderry Food Network is uniquely positioned to deliver this flagship experience.
Festivalgoers can expect atmospheric decor, provenance-led branding, and Halloweeninspired touches throughout the market, creating a sense of theatre that pairs perfectly with the spectacle of Derry Halloween. Marketing support will come through Legenderry Food’s own channels, cross-promotion from traders, and collaboration with Visit Derry to drive overnight stays and visitor engagement.
The Legenderry Food Village will not only feed thousands but also showcase the North West as a place of exceptional food, warm hospitality, and unforgettable stories, embracing a giant taste to match the giant spirit of Halloween.
With over 40 traders and crafters bursting with farm fresh produce, homemade treats, and local delicacies there is something for everyone to enjoy. Pick up expert tips and inspiration from local chefs and baking stars who will be hosting live demonstrations throughout the weekend. Make it a fun-filled day for the whole family, wander through the autumnal grounds, enjoy seasonal crafts, face painting, live entertainment, local scarecrow display and take a self-guided tour of the house decorated for Harvest.
