WELCOME TO TOMORROW
Amsterdam is buzzing this week, and for good reason. Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) turns the city into a meeting ground, one where music leads to connection and every conversation seems to spark a new idea. It’s also a reminder of what Tomorrowland has always believed in: people coming together, sharing inspiration, and leaving with a little more energy than they arrived with. Being part of that spirit is something the team never takes for granted.
For the third time, Tomorrowland has created a temporary home base at De Rode Hoed to invite you into its world. The Tomorrowland Expo is a subtle doorway into the creative process - an invitation to look closer, see how ideas take shape, and feel how a thought becomes an experience.
The pages you’re holding connect a few important dots: the artists and teams who build worlds on stage, the projects that live quietly the rest of the year, and the small moments that often matter most. You’ll see how two-plus decades of imagination have shaped the Tomorrowland world. How ideas evolve, how collaborations turned into friendships, and why the focus remains on bringing people closer, wherever they meet.
If you visit the Expo this week, you’ll hopefully recognise the same spirit. Consider it a place to pause, listen, and look a little closer without the need of a wristband. Your unwavering curiosity is enough.
Read on and discover that music is only the beginning. The real story lives around it: in the conversations, the care, and the community that keeps growing with every beat. So wherever you come from, and whatever brought you here, welcome. We’re glad you’ve joined the journey.

TOMORROWLAND
A WALKTHROUGH
Ask a thousand People of Tomorrow what makes Tomorrowland special and you’ll hear a thousand different answers. Most will circle the same idea: a feeling that comes from music, design, and community lining up at the right moment. However hard that magic may be to define, the drivers behind it are clear. Tomorrowland’s philosophy and ethos have shaped it from day one and are the backbone of the twenty-plusyear history that followed. Consider this a concise introduction to that story – and a pointer on where to experience it up close this week in Amsterdam.
FROM FESTIVAL TO MOVEMENT
Tomorrowland began in Boom, Belgium, in 2005, initially as a one-day gathering founded by brothers Manu and Michiel Beers. The premise was straightforward: put music first and design everything else carefully around it. In time, that approach grew from a strong event into a recognisable culture. The Belgian flagship event now spans two July weekends, with editions in Brazil and the French Alps bringing the same approach to very different settings. The specifics might change with place and season, but the intent never does.
A distinct thread that runs through the years is and will always be storytelling. Each edition unfolds under a theme which shapes the festival’s visuals and motifs, its stages and identity – from undersea worlds to airborne cities to more recent narratives like LIFE and Orbyz. Themes are not treated as decorative; they are working ideas that influence how stages look, how areas connect, and how details are expressed. That attention has helped Tomorrowland grow beyond the ordinary without losing its core identity of music, togetherness, and craft.
As the audience widened, the brand’s day-to-day life expanded with it. One World Radio made Tomorrowland an everyday presence in fans’ lives, Tomorrowland Music gave artists – both familiar names and newcomers – a home for releases, and design and lifestyle collaborations introduced Tomorrowland’s visual language into objects people can live with year-round. Some projects extend the storytelling directly, with novels and official comics (new this year!), while others translate the aesthetic into furniture, scent, tableware, or even sparkling wine. It’s the same kind of care applied in different forms, while always guaranteeing a high level of consistency.
That consistency was put to the test in July 2025, however. A devastating fire destroyed the Mainstage in Boom just before the opening weekend. No one was hurt, but the symbol of this year’s edition – the Orbyz Mainstage – was gone. The festival opened on time after crews worked around the clock to clear debris and assemble an alternative build, with the turnaround being placed at roughly a day to a day and a half – a mind-blowing achievement. The point isn’t the exact hour count, though, it’s the response of partners, crew, and visitors alike: a community and production culture able to adapt under pressure and keep the magic going, no matter what.
A LITTLE SPARKLE NEVER HURT ANYONE. STOP BY THE EXPO FOR A TASTE OF SOLO VIDA, TOMORROWLAND’S OWN SPARKLING WINE FROM THE HILLS OF CATALONIA.
Tomorrowland remains a festival first, and that experience is still the reference point.
WHY THE EXPO MATTERS
Reading about all of this is one thing, but seeing it tied together will help it click. During Amsterdam Dance Event, the Tomorrowland Expo returns to De Rode Hoed, the historic canal-house venue on Keizersgracht. Across four days – Wednesday, October 22 through Saturday, October 25 – the exhibition brings Tomorrowland’s history and current projects into one place, free and open to everyone. It is designed for both longtime visitors and newcomers to the Tomorrowland universe alike.
The flow of the show is simple. A retrospective introduces over two decades of history through photographs and key stage elements. Models and sketches show how ideas move from the page to the field. Nearby, you’ll find the present tense: MORPHO by Tomorrowland design pieces that carry Tomorrowland’s sculptural DNA, a bar serving Solo Vida sparkling wine, the Elixir of Life fragrance, and a Tomorrowland Store selection that puts design and symbolism above simple logo placement. The aim is not to sell a myth, but to show the working parts, the bits that explain how the larger whole is made.
TOMORROWLAND TODAY
Stepping back from the exhibition lens, it helps to map the broader landscape for readers new to the brand. Tomorrowland remains a festival first, and that experience is still the reference point. Around it, several strands operate year-round, with radio and recorded music, product design and collaborations, publishing, and even education.
The educational effort has grown quietly but steadily. Through Tomorrowland Academy, young DJs and producers receive mentorship and feedback from established artists and industry specialists. During ADE, that community gathers in Amsterdam, with this week even including an Afrojack-led demo drop session connected to the Academy’s talent pipeline. The same spirit
of access runs through the Tomorrowland Foundation’s work: supporting Music & Arts Schools and partner initiatives worldwide so children and teenagers can explore dance, music, and art as vehicles for self-expression.
On the digital side, Tomorrowland continues to test formats that meet audiences where they are. The partnership with Caliverse is building a persistent Tomorrowland environment – the Tomorrowland Planet – inside a metaverse platform, with rolling content drops and guided ‘Digital Music Adventures’. Whether this becomes a new entry point for first-time visitors or simply an added layer for fans, it signals a willingness to learn in public and to keep up with the latest developments in the digital realm where so many People of Tomorrow connect year-round.
WHY VISIT IN AMSTERDAM
The Expo is not a replacement for the festival. It just provides context: a clear, compact way to see the logic behind the visuals, the reason there is a novel and a comic accompanying every year’s stage design, and the connection between a radio station and a record label and a weekend in Boom. For an ADE audience, it also underlines something about electronic music culture that is easy to miss in between club nights: the ecosystem that surrounds a show. Production design, fabrication partners, writers, illustrators, builders, and crews –all of that sits inside the Tomorrowland story.
And this year, context matters. The mid-July fire could have overshadowed the summer. Instead, the festival opened with only a brief delay. A scaled-down but fully functional stage stood where the original had been and the programme carried on. The Expo lets visitors look beyond the headlines and see the structure that made that recovery possible: the people and processes that usually stay out of view.

The perfect symbiosis of electronic and classical music SYMPHONY OF UNITY
“We create excitement and anticipation, people don’t quite know where our music is going until the iconic melodies come in.”
Symphony of Unity, Tomorrowland’s very own live orchestra, is known for its fusion of iconic dance songs and classical music, The outfit is reaching a few new milestones this year: they're about to complete a nineshow residency at Sphere Las Vegas and have, almost simultaneously, just finished recording their first fulllength album. On November 11th, another proud moment awaits the orchestra and its conductor, Belgian composer Kevin Houben, when they’ll play their very first headline show at Antwerp Expo. “We’re not supporting a DJ and we’re not on the line-up of a festival – it’s just going to be the 60 of us!”
How did the idea for Symphony of Unity come about?
“Ten years ago, Tomorrowland came up with the idea of asking composer Hans Zimmer to create a hymn for the closing act. It was named 'Bless' and it became the festival anthem. Then Christophe Van den Branden, Tomorrowland’s Creative Director, came up with the idea of playing it live. But that very first time, it was done only with some brass instruments and vocals. Our project has grown much bigger over the years, but that very first hymn is still the soundtrack of the whole thing, there’s snippets of it throughout all of our performances.”
The show always leaves people in awe and is the highlight of every Tomorrowland edition for some visitors. Can you explain that hidden strength that is always part of these shows?
“All tracks are chosen and arranged by Christophe, and these are then transformed into cinematic versions by my colleagues Marcel Kaper and Hugo Tromp. We use long build-ups before the real iconic melodies come in, making the song recognisable. So there’s this feeling of excitement and anticipation, people don’t quite know where it’s going until they do. In recent years, we've added digital beats to the show to boost our acoustic sound.”
The project has grown into unexpected proportions. From doing that one song to a full-blown residency at Sphere Las Vegas, which is part of Unity, a brand-new immersive audiovisual concept. How did the US audience respond to the show?
“Really well! The venue was packed and the response was fantastic. Someone wrote that we let the music breathe and that is a great compliment, because that’s exactly what we intend to do. We play live over a digital structure in a very melodic and expressive way. You can really feel the vibrations of these instruments. Fortunately, computers cannot yet replicate this feeling!”
What did you do in Vegas when you weren’t performing?
“Sphere has a very busy program, so we had to do our rehearsals in the middle of the night just after we landed, That was pretty intense and took up a lot of our energy. But we also had some proper off time. Everyone just did their own thing: I rented a van with eight other people and we visited several stunning national parks in the area, which was amazing.”
Having worked with Tomorrowland for ten years now, have you started to develop a taste in electronic music for yourself?
“I have! I'm a big fan of Kölsch and his melodic sound. I appreciate Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike for the energy they bring, and I love Martin Garrix for his drive. Other favourites are Armin van Buuren, Alok, and Kevin de Vries. But more importantly, over the past decade, a real friendship and bond of trust have grown between us and the Tomorrowland team, which gives this project so much energy to keep pushing forward. The entire team truly adores this orchestra, and that shared passion keeps us going.”
What makes your upcoming headline show in Antwerp so special?
“The fact that everyone will be there especially for us, which makes us feel a little more exposed. At Tomorrowland, it feels like we’re playing in a kind of safe cocoon. When we did Ziggo Dome, we were part of a line-up with lots of DJs and in Vegas, we’re part of a bigger show. To play this very first headline show is kind of scary, but more than anything, it is what we’ve been looking forward to for a while. It's a dream becoming reality.”
Symphony of Unity will play two shows at Antwerp Expo on November 11th, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. Head to symphonyofunity.com for tickets and more information. And be on the lookout for Reload, Symphony of Unity’s orchestral reimagining of the Sebastian Ingrosso & Tommy Trash classic. The track will release this October and appear on their upcoming 2026 album.
“It feels magical, like stepping into a dream world. I’m rediscovering a part of myself here.”

MEET THE
PEOPLE OF TOMORROW
What does Tomorrowland feel like? It’s hard to put into words, but you’ll see it in people’s eyes, hear it in their voices. A feeling of belonging. Of wonder. Of being exactly where you’re meant to be. From all walks of life, the People of Tomorrow came here chasing the same spark, and found something even greater: each other.
YOUR PASSION BRINGS US ALL TOGETHER
“For my first time at Tomorrowland, I am just flowing with the vibe: open-minded and loving.”
Luisa, Colombia
We came as a couple in 2019, just the two of us. Over the years, our love for this place grew — and so did our Tomorrowland family. Last year, we brought 14 Brazilians together to live, love, and unite on this these magical grounds.”
Gabriel & Guta, Brasil
THE ELIXIR OF LIFE
If you’ve ever stood in front of the Mainstage with goosebumps, you know Tomorrowland is more than music. It’s a feeling, one that’s hard to explain. And if you could bottle that moment, it might smell something like this.
The Elixir of Life Eau de Parfum is Tomorrowland’s first official fragrance. Inspired by the legendary 2016 theme and years in the making, it’s designed to do what Tomorrowland does best: turn a moment into something timeless. It opens with vibrant notes of pear, cassis, and fresh-cut grass, followed by a floral heart of gardenia, lily of the valley, and green leaves. The base is earthy and warm, moss and musk, lingering softly on the skin like the last notes of a perfect closing set. The result is subtle, grounded, and enchanting.
But it’s the design that truly brings the story full circle. The rose-gold flacon was directly inspired by the architecture of the Elixir Stage, one of Tomorrowland’s most beloved landmarks. With curved lines and mystical detailing, the bottle represents a small moment of festival magic sitting right there on your shelf. It’s a souvenir, a ritual, or simply, a reminder. Wear it to the office. Wear it to dinner. Wear it when you need to remember what it’s like to feel completely present, completely yourself.

Carly Wilford
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT FOR ONE WORLD RADIO TO BE HERE, AT ADE?
Adam: “ADE is about connection and music discovery, and One World Radio lives and breathes those same values. We will unite the energy of the festival with the energy of Amsterdam and share it with the world.”
Carly: “We back new artists early and support such a wide spectrum of electronic music and its subcultures. Our audience is international, and ADE has a global reach, so this is the perfect place to bring that to life.”
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DURING THE ADE BROADCASTS?
Adam: “We’ll be speaking to artists to give listeners and viewers a sense of what it’s like to actually be here. And of course we’ll play some amazing music.”
Carly: “I’m really looking forward to going live on air with Adam for the first time ever. Whilst the styles of music we champion are slightly different, our attitude towards artists and the industry is very similar, so I’m excited to present alongside him. I’ll also be out and about on the streets of Amsterdam collecting interesting stories about anything music, artists and ADE.”
IN WHAT WAY WILL THIS WEEK BE DIFFERENT FOR REGULAR ONE WORLD RADIO LISTENERS?
Adam: “Regular listeners are used to tuning into curated shows, but during ADE the broadcasts will be fully immersed in the event itself. It’s live, and it’s unpredictable in the best way. Until the guests actually show up we don’t know if they will come. It’s like bringing the backstage of the world’s biggest dance conference directly to their ears.”
Carly: “This is the first time that One World Radio has ever
broadcast live from ADE, and you’ll be able to come past the studio, meet the presenters, the team, the artists, and have a front-row seat to what happens when the station is live on air. Expect loads of high-energy conversations, lots of laughter, and ADE memories for the listeners to hold on to forever.”
WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FORWARD TO THE MOST THIS WEEK?
Carly: “Earlier this year I started '4:4', which is One World Radio’s first ever fully dedicated house music show. Representing the genre at ADE feels like such a privilege. I can’t wait for the artists that we play to come by the studio. Talking to them online is a great way to connect, but you can’t beat catching up in real life. ADE is the ultimate meet-up.”
Adam: “I’m most excited for the spontaneous moments: when artists drop in unexpectedly, or when the energy in the room shifts because something incredible is happening live in the studio. ADE has a magic that can’t be scripted. Even the best plans can change when five DJs all show up at the same time!”
One World Radio will broadcast live from the Tomorrowland Expo at De Rode Hoed Wednesday 22 to Friday 24 October and the studio will be open to the public. Anyone who fancies a chance encounter with the likes of with the likes of Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, NOVAH, and Kevin de Vries is welcome to come hang out and say hi!
What started as a way to carry a memory home has grown into a year-round creative universe you can wear. The Tomorrowland Store has come to life across collections, creative collaborations, and places: on the Holy Grounds, online, and since this summer, in a sunlit flagship home in Ibiza. There, music, design, and community meet on a leafy rooftop with decks ready for announced and surprise sets, the latest fashion drops, and even a corner where stories are memorialised in real tattoos. And this month in Amsterdam, the Store pops up at the Expo during ADE, another stop on a traveling path that keeps the magic close, all year round.
WEAR IT LIKE YOU LOVE IT
TOMORROWLAND STORE
In Ibiza, the Tomorrowland Store feels like a small part of Tomorrowland has laid down permanent roots. Open daily in Playa d’en Bossa, it’s a place to browse, step onto the terrace, and simply wait for the surroundings to slowly turn golden, with MORPHO by Tomorrowland furniture catching the light and a Solo Vida on ice in hand. The golden hour is when the rooftop comes alive with DJ sessions ranging from the announced to the totally spontaneous, making for an atmosphere of playful exploration. A sneak peek? Just a few weeks ago, Martin Garrix dropped by for a surprise performance.
The clothes rails tell the same story. The new Fall/Winter ’25 collection leans into colder months with bold, functional pieces and that playful but mature touch of wonder Tomorrowland is known for. These
are wardrobe staples tuned for life between travel, terrace, and club.
Part of feeling ‘grown-up’ is building relationships with the right friends. The brand’s long-running collaborations show that maturity. There’s Baobab for scented atmospheres that soundtrack a night in, Serax for tableware that turns a dinner into a small ritual, and Ridley for bikes and kit that carry the same sense of adventure you’d feel on a dancefloor, just on two wheels. These aren’t oneoffs, either; they’re carefully designed chapters in a shared design language.
And the Store travels, too. At Tomorrowland’s main editions you’ll find a full build with the latest collections and special drops. During Amsterdam Dance Event, that spirit is set up inside the Tomorrowland Expo at De Rode Hoed, where a curated selection of apparel and accessories sits
among installations, history, and new ideas to discover. Walk the Expo, then step into the Store, and try something on – it’s all right there for you to explore.
For the People of Tomorrow abroad, the doors are open digitally. The international shop ships worldwide, and in South America there’s a dedicated local web store for Brazil. So the flag, a hoodie, or a gift will find its way home without crossing an ocean twice.
Taken together, the Tomorrowland Store stands as a confident, wellloved part of the wider world of Tomorrowland. Not merely as a logo, but as a living wardrobe and a place to meet. And wherever you step into it – on the island, at ADE, or on your screen – you’ll feel the same thing: music, made wearable.

ASCENDING INTO ADE ANDROMEDIK
Andromedik, a drum & bass producer known for his atmospheric melodies and hard-hitting breaks, is a familiar face at ADE. While you can make your schedule as hectic as you like during these five days, the Belgian artist decided to simply relax and enjoy the vibe this time around, apart from a single show on Thursday. That really is just the calm before the storm, however, as October 31st will see the release of his debut album ‘Ascension’. An album release party in Antwerp will follow suit on November 1st, part of the acclaimed Andromedik Invites series, and boasting a stellar line-up curated by the man himself. In other words, it's high time to find out what’s been making Andromedik fly lately.
Are you excited about ADE approaching fast?
“Very much so, as it is a place where you will come across a familiar face at every turn. You’ll just casually bump into someone you met in New Zealand or Australia on the streets of Amsterdam, for example. Such random and unexpected moments really are the bread and butter of the event.. ADE is an adventure of social encounters!”
You’ll be playing during the Netsky and Friends event at IJland on Thursday. How do you rate the ADE crowds?
“Amsterdam crowds are generally very energetic and interactive. So when I raise my hands, I know I won’t need to say ‘raise your hands’ – they’ll be up already!”
What about the networking thing? Have you scheduled many meetings?
“I rarely engage in the business side of things, to be honest. That’s something I have a very capable team for. They’re going to have a much busier schedule than me, and I’m thankful that they’re taking care of these things for me!”
On November 1st you’ll be throwing an album release party and a new edition of Andromedik
Invites at once. Has your full length ‘Ascension’ been in the making for a while?
“I’ve been working on it for the past year and a half and it’s going to be quite different from what I’ve done before. It’s designed to be a full listening experience, so there aren’t any hi-hat loops at the start of the songs to accommodate the DJs. I wanted to show that proper songwriting is possible in drum & bass. There’s even a house tune on the record.”
But there’s more to Andromedik Invites. You curated the entire line-up yourself. How did you go about it?
“I’ve invited a mix of established and younger artists I really love. Quite a few of them also played during Andromedik Invites at Tomorrowland Belgium last summer. Camo & Crooked and Metrik are artists that I discovered when I first got into drum & bass around 2012. These guys do incredible arrangements, but also, their production techniques are just stunning. Every time they release new music, there’s always something in the sound design that blows every other producer away.”
Who are some of the younger artists on the line-up that you are excited about?
“We’ve got an incredible vocalist called Emily Makis who will be DJing a b2b set with Lens, an electrifying producer. They’ve never shared the stage before, so I’m super excited about this one. Another gig I’m really looking forward to is the performance by Arcando, a prolific Dutch artist who recently released a track with Martin Garrix.”
You’ll be doing an A/V set in Antwerp. Are you also involved with the visual part of the performance?
“Yes, I’m working on the content with my manager, who’s very experienced in A/V. We have 360 square metres of LED screens, so it’s going to be insane. My set will come with a visual representation of the album. Some of the other artists, including Camo & Crooked, will bring their own visuals too. We’re still working on my show, but I trust we’ll finish it before November!”
“Tomorrowland, a million butterflies in my belly. Thanks to you.”

BAOBAB
PAYING TRIBUTE TO THE HARMONY BETWEEN NATURE AND IMAGINATION
If Tomorrowland is known for one thing, it’s creating worlds – not just with sound and light, but with feeling. Everything is designed to stir the senses. And smell, perhaps the most emotional of them all, had long been the missing piece.
Enter the Baobab Collection. Belgian artisans of atmosphere, celebrated for their hand-poured candles, signature scents, and mouth-blown glass designs, Baobab are known from Antwerp to New York City as supreme storytellers. And this story is one that builds mood through olfactory memory and visual elegance.
Back in 2021, Tomorrowland and Baobab launched their first collaborative candle: an invitation to bring the festival’s magic home. Now, three editions in, the partnership has matured into something deeper. Each collection refines the scent, the vessel, and the emotion.
The latest release blends notes of pear, lily of the valley, and moss. It’s a fragrance inspired by the mythical Elixir of Life, rooted in one of Tomorrowland’s legendary tales. The design is just as considered: soft pink glass, silk-screened in Art Nouveau style, paying tribute to the harmony between nature and imagination. Because scent has power. It grounds us. Transports us. It lingers when the moment has passed. And that’s exactly what makes this collaboration work: both Baobab and Tomorrowland understand that the smallest details can leave the deepest imprint.
Available in three sizes, the Tomorrowland x Baobab Collection is sold through store.tomorrowland.com.
A GLOBAL STAGE
From Tomorrowland's birthplace in Belgium to Brazil, the Alps, and the world beyond
There are precious few places in the world where people speak a hundred different languages yet understand each other completely… but Tomorrowland is one of them. What began as a local Belgian gathering in 2005 has grown into a global movement and a celebration of music, imagination, and human connection that now spans multiple continents with editions in Brazil and the French mountains, besides the Belgian home game. And still, that’s not everything, as Tomorrowland spinoffs and Tomorrowland-powered event hostings proliferate around the world.
Each edition of Tomorrowland tells its own story, shaped by its surroundings, community, and energy. But whether you’re dancing in the Belgian summer, the Brazilian sun, or the crisp air of the French Alps, the feeling is unmistakable: this is a place where people come to feel alive.
Let’s take a closer look at Tomorrowland’s three flagship festivals and the many experiences that surround them, against the backdrop of a summer that reminded everyone how much care and resilience lies at the heart of it all.
TOMORROWLAND BELGIUM
THE BIRTHPLACE OF A DREAM
In the heart of Belgium, not far from Brussels and Antwerp, a small town called Boom becomes something extraordinary each summer. It’s here, at De Schorre park, that Tomorrowland Belgium has taken root, not just as the original edition of the festival, but as its creative heart.
From its very first edition, Tomorrowland Belgium has pushed boundaries: not only in stage design, but in the way music and storytelling can be woven into one immersive journey. Each year, a new theme sets the stage for an entire world to unfold – a fantasy realm brought to life through stunning visuals, theatrical performances, and a lineup of global icons.
But what truly makes Belgium special is its sense of homecoming. For many, this is where their Tomorrowland story began. It’s where friendships are formed, traditions are made, and for two weekends each July, where the world feels beautifully small. This past summer, however, that bond was tested, and strengthened, like never before.
TOMORROWLAND BELGIUM
● Boom, Belgium
● 400,000 People of Tomorrow over 2 weekends
● Over 200 different nationalities
● 16 stages (including The Gathering)
● Over 800 artists
● 15,000 crew members per day
● 1.5 years of Mainstage design, development & fabrication (in-house)
● 34 hectares = 340,000 square meters = the size of 63 football fields
Two days before the 2025 edition in Belgium was set to open, tragedy struck: a fire broke out on the Mainstage, consuming much of the structure and threatening to overshadow the entire festival. The Orbyz design, more than a year and a half in the making, was lost in what felt like a matter of seconds.
What followed, however, became one of the most defining moments in Tomorrowland’s history. Crews worked around the clock to clear debris and build a substitute stage in less than 24 hours, an effort that few thought possible. When the gates to the Holy Grounds finally opened, the People of Tomorrow entered not only to dance, but to witness what resilience looks like in real time.
That weekend carried a different weight. The music played as always, but with an added sense of presence, of being part of something fragile, but most importantly, unbroken. Artists spoke about it on stage, visitors felt it in the crowd, and a shared experience of loss turned into a moment of unity.
By the time Weekend 2 of 2025 rolled around, things were largely back to normal - still with the replacement stage in place and with a sense of gratitude felt strongly all around. But the People of Tomorrow were having the weekend of their life in Belgium as ever, enjoying what was still a magical tale.
TOMORROWLAND BRASIL
A RETURN TO RHYTHM AND WARMTH
If Tomorrowland Belgium is where the story began, then Brazil is where it found a second heartbeat. Set in Parque Maeda, Itu, just outside the vibrant city of São Paulo, Tomorrowland Brasil brings the spirit of the festival to a country known for its passion, rhythm, and deep connection to music. Everything here feels amplified: the sun, the sound, the smiles. The festival takes on a distinct identity, rooted in Brazilian culture but wrapped in the unmistakable Tomorrowland aesthetic. It’s all lush backdrops, spirited crowds, and an atmosphere charged with energy. Local and international artists share the stage, creating a blend that feels both global and proudly Brazilian. The welcome is warm, the parties go late, and the memories linger long after the music fades. Tomorrowland Brasil is much more than an extension of the festival –it’s a homecoming in its own right.

T OMORROWLAND ’ S WORLD IN MOTION
CORE
Tomorrowland may be rooted in Boom, São Paulo, and the French Alps, but its spirit extends far beyond those three flagships. Over the years, new concepts and experiences have grown alongside the festivals, each with its own character and audience, but unmistakably part of the same family.
What started as a hidden forest stage in Belgium has become a full-fledged concept with a life of its own. CORE brings music, nature, and architecture together into one immersive experience. Its distinctive stage design, with human features carved into monumental shapes, is both intimate and striking, a setting for deeper electronic sounds. Dedicated CORE events have already made their mark in places like Tulum and Medellín, with new editions now scheduled for Los Angeles and Melbourne.
ATMOSPHERE
Where CORE leans into intimacy, Atmosphere is Tomorrowland’s most imposing indoor space. With its towering LED ceiling and vast, cathedral-like proportions, it creates a home for the harder, faster edge of techno and related electronic sounds. Originally a signature stage in Belgium, Atmosphere now returns as a standalone event, transforming Antwerp Expo into a high-energy temple of light and music.
SYMPHONY OF UNITY
Tomorrowland’s orchestral project reimagines the music of the festival through a full symphony,
bridging electronic and classical traditions. In Antwerp, the Symphony of Unity concerts bring Tomorrowland anthems to life in arrangements that highlight both their scale and their emotion.
UNITY AT SPHERE
On the other side of the Atlantic, Tomorrowland has joined forces with Insomniac to create UNITY, a bespoke live show inside the groundbreaking Sphere venue in Las Vegas. Here, music and visuals wrap around audiences in 16K resolution, immersing them in an experience that fuses Tomorrowland’s world-building with one of the most advanced venues on the planet.
THE MAGIC OF TOMORROWLAND
In November 2025, Tomorrowland will make its way to Shanghai’s HERO DOME with The Magic of Tomorrowland – a one-night indoor spectacle designed specifically for China. It distills the festival’s defining traits of music, staging, and light into a concentrated experience that brings the brand to a new audience and a new cultural setting.
TOMORROWLAND EXPO
Back in Europe, the story continues right here – at the Tomorrowland Expo in Amsterdam. Hosted at De Rode Hoed from October 22 to 25 during Amsterdam Dance Event, the Expo offers a free multisensory journey through the history and evolution of Tomorrowland. Visitors can explore past themes, iconic stage designs, and some of the festival’s latest creations.
TERRA SOLIS DUBAI
Terra Solis Dubai blends music, hospitality, and escapism into one destination, surrounded by dunes under the open sky in the middle of the Arabian Desert. It’s a year-round oasis where guests can stay, swim, and dance – whether at a daytime pool gathering, a nighttime show under the stars, or one of the many Tomorrowland Presents events that bring festival energy to the desert. Now in its fourth season, Terra Solis continues to draw world-class artists, with upcoming events featuring Artbat (October 25), a Bresh Halloween Special (November 1), and Anfisa Letyago (November 15).

PORTEX A TOMORROWLAND ACADEMY PRODIGY
Nurturing new talent is an integral part of the Tomorrowland way of doing things. It is expressed in the way the festival seeks to support local scenes and pioneers of new styles, who are then booked for events in Belgium, France and Brazil, as well as slightly more niche events like CORE and Atmosphere. Since 2022, Tomorrowland has taken artist development to a whole different level with the launch of Tomorrowland Academy, an extensive program that includes physical and online courses in DJing, music production, and even things like marketing and personal branding. Uniquely, the courses are open to musician enthusiasts of all levels and recent evidence shows that the Academy is a place where dreams can become reality. One specific example is the case of Pieter Porters, better known under his artist name Portex, who joined the DJ and music production workshop in 2022 and is now a regular face in the booth at Tomorrowland as well as many other festivals. Here, he explains the Tomorrowland Academy experience going from zero to budding stardom.
“Besides the basics, the real added value of Tomorrowland Academy lies in their personal approach.”
Pieter, tell us about that time in 2022 when you decided to take the course. “I was doing music at the time – I was classically trained on piano and saxophone. But around that time, I started going out to clubs and festivals, which is where I discovered techno. Something clicked for me and I thought: this is the direction I want to take musically.”
What are some of the things you benefited from while doing the DJ and music production workshop?
“I was new to all of this, so I learned a lot. They start by explaining how to use Rekordbox and the mixer. But besides these basics, the real added value lies in the personal approach. For example: some students prefer techno while others like to learn how to mix drum & bass. The skill sets you need for these various styles are very different and the tutors personalise their instructions accordingly. They also help you build your confidence, that’s a really big part of it. And after the course, if you still need support, the main tutors – Chesney and Lennert – are still happy to help you in all kinds of ways.”
What happened after the course, what were your next steps?
"I joined a competition organised by Extrema Outdoor, a Belgian festival. I was one of the five finalists and I got a gig out of it. This was my first real booking."
And the rest is history. You’re now part the talent program of Tomorrowland’s One World Artists agency. How’s that been so far?
“Really good! I’ve played Tomorrowland Belgium, Tomorrowland Winter and also Atmosphere, which is a cool new high-BPM series of events. My highlight so far was doing an actual Boiler Room set at Pukkelpop last summer in front of my family and friends.”
You’ve released music on KI/KI’s label Slash and French imprint Elixyr. What can we expect from you in the coming months?
“I’m super excited about a collab with Amber Broos that will come out soon on Tomorrowland Music. Between now and next summer, I will probably release about ten other songs. I’ve got so much new music in the pipeline!”
Last one: what’s your ADE going to look like this year?
“I’m going to take it real easy. I’ll go and see KI/KI play at some point, as it’s nice to support someone you’ve worked with. Other than that, I look forward to networking and to meeting lots of new people.”
ADE is a great place to explore the opportunities offered by Tomorrowland Academy. There will be a drinks event for everyone enrolled in the online courses at De Rode Hoed on Thursday. On Friday, Afrojack will pop in for a masterclass and a demo drop session, where he will provide feedback on whatever it is that aspiring producers want to present to him. Taking the first step in your career was never this easy! Registration for these events by Tomorrowland Academy is mandatory. Head to academy.tomorrowland.com to find out more.
RIDLEY
PEDAL INTO THE MAGIC
Before Ridley bikes were gliding down sunny roads, they were racing through muddy fields in Flanders. Born from Belgium’s deep-rooted cycling culture, Ridley has spent decades perfecting bikes that can handle it all: from cobblestones and crosswinds to mountain climbs and winding coastlines. Every frame is designed, tested, and painted in-house, with the same obsessive attention to detail that goes into your favourite DJ’s final mix.
When Ridley joined forces with Tomorrowland, it wasn’t just about building a bike or designing a matching apparel collection. It was about creating a feeling. One of movement, freedom, and that undeniable pull toward the extraordinary. The Tomorrowland x Ridley collection blends high-performance engineering with subtle design nods to the festival world. Gradient paintwork inspired by the sky. Logos and details that whisper in the wind rather than shout. These bikes are built for those who chase the horizon, long after the finish line.
This summer, a new chapter was added to that story with the release of the Tomorrowland x Ridley Noah – a purebred road bike inspired by Ridley’s fastest creation yet, the Noah Fast. Engineered for aerodynamic excellence and trusted by pro teams like Uno-X Mobility, it’s made for speed that feels effortless. With the same sleek geometry and a carbon lay-up designed for every kind of rider, the Noah embodies Ridley’s signature performance wrapped in Tomorrowland’s unmistakable touch of magic.

TOMORROWLAND FOUNDATION
THE RIPPLE EFFECT OF CREATIVITY
Drop a single note into silence and it ripples outward. First it moves the child who plays it, then the classroom that cheers them on, then the community that grows around their smiles. This is how the Tomorrowland Foundation works: one song, one brushstroke, one dance at a time. What began as a single school in Nepal has grown into a global network of creative sanctuaries where children are given the space to imagine a better tomorrow, and the tools to start building it.
A SIMPLE BEGINNING
The Tomorrowland Foundation was born out of a simple yet powerful belief: that every child deserves joy, dignity, and the freedom to express themselves. In 2018, this vision took shape in the foothills of the Himalayas, where the very first Tomorrowland Foundation Music & Arts School opened in Sekha, Nepal. Here, children who had limited access to education were suddenly able to play instruments, paint, dance, and perform. For many, it was the first time they had stood on a stage. But for all, it was a reminder that creativity isn’t a luxury, it’s a right.
From that seed, more schools and projects have blossomed. Each is rooted in its own local culture and community, yet connected by the same values: to live today, love tomorrow, and unite forever.
SCHOOLS THAT SPARK FUTURES
After Nepal, the Foundation opened a second Music & Arts School in Kolkata, India, in 2022, created together with local NGO Ek Tara. What was once a small pilot quickly became a vibrant hub where hundreds of children learn to sing, dance, paint, and perform with confidence.
In 2024, Brazil joined the story. Just beyond the Holy Grounds of Tomorrowland Brasil, the third Foundation school opened in Itu, in partnership with Associação Arracê. Equipped with classrooms, studios, and even an outdoor sports area, the school has already welcomed hundreds of children from surrounding communities.
And the journey doesn’t stop there. In early 2026, the Tomorrowland Foundation will open its fourth Music & Arts School in South Africa, together with the Langrug Community Center in Franschhoek. For many children in this township, the new school will provide their first chance to explore music, theater, or visual arts. It is a promise that creativity knows no borders, and that every child should have a stage of their own.
BEYOND BRICK AND MORTAR
The Foundation’s work extends far beyond its own schools. In São Paulo, partner initiatives like Estrella Nova run capoeira and DJ classes in underserved neighbourhoods, while Projeto Amigos de Comunidade offers ballet training for Afro-Brazilian girls. In Colombia, the Foundation supports 4Eskuela, which
uses arts and education to uplift communities in Medellín. And across East Africa, the long-running partnership with Join for Joy brings playful education and sports into rural schools, reaching tens of thousands of children. The philosophy is always the same: work with local organisations who know their communities best, and amplify their impact with support, structure, and creative tools.
LEARNING ON WHEELS
Sometimes, the classroom comes to the children. In collaboration with Mobile School, the Tomorrowland Foundation helps deploy extendable blackboards on wheels that can be unfolded to create a two-sided 6-metre long educational tool. Stocked with over 250 interactive panels, these mobile schools bring learning to places where traditional education may be out of reach. Active in 39 countries today, they turn empty streets into playgrounds of possibility.
A TOOLKIT FOR LIFE

DJs – including Armin van Buuren, Afrojack, NERVO, Amber Broos, and Lost Frequencies – share personal stories and playful assignments that help children reflect on who they are, how they connect, and how they collaborate. From classrooms in Kigali to youth centers in Medellín, the toolkit has already inspired thousands of young people to express themselves more freely, to respect others, and to discover the power of unity.
WHY IT MATTERS
For some children, the Foundation’s schools are the first places they’ve ever held a guitar, painted a mural, or stepped onto a stage. For others, they are safe havens where difficult home lives or challenging environments fade away for a few hours. And for entire communities, they become spaces of hope, and proof that joy and dignity can take root even in the most unexpected places.
The Tomorrowland Foundation is not about creating professional artists, though many children may pursue that path. It is about giving children the tools to dream and the courage to believe that their voice matters. Because when a child learns to tell their own story, the ripple effects reach far beyond the walls of a classroom.

SERAX
PLATES WITH A PULSE
Design label Serax and Tomorrowland, two Belgian companies with strong international recognition, have joined forces. The result is a tableware collection in which the DNA of both icons seamlessly comes together: minimalist in form, magical in design. The collection carries the powerful name Unity, which speaks for itself. Just as Tomorrowland festivals bring together people from all over the world, this collection aims to achieve the same – at home, around the table. Whether it’s a dinner with friends or family, Unity is about creating beautiful moments of togetherness, at any time.
Unity consists of an extensive collection of plates, glasses, and a coffee set. Both the porcelain and the glassware are extremely minimalist in shape and decorated with
illustrations that reflect the artwork and world of Tomorrowland. All illustrations are hand-drawn by Tomorrowland’s in-house creative team. The graceful, hand-engraved depictions of fauna and flora, along with the elegant shapes of the mouth-blown glasses, make this collection worthy of the title the new art nouveau.
The boundless love for craftsmanship and the years of experience at Serax have resulted in Unity becoming a collection of exceptional refinement.
The collaboration feels natural for both companies. After all, Serax and Tomorrowland share a vision: to create meaningful, high-quality experiences – whether in art, music, architecture, or design.
THE GREAT LIBRARY OF TOMORROW
A STORY TO CONNECT ALL OF TOMORROWLAND’S WORLDS
Tomorrowland has long been unique in the way it transforms imagination into reality. Every edition unfolds within a carefully built fantasy world, with each Mainstage reflecting a story years in the making. Over the past few years, the People of Tomorrow have been invited to dive even deeper into that mythology through a growing collection of novels – including The Rise of Adscendo, The Spirit of Life, and The Odes of Orbyz – all of which have received widespread acclaim among readers and critics alike.
2024 marked the start of something even more ambitious, however: the Book of Wisdom trilogy. The first chapter, The Great Library of Tomorrow, brought Tomorrowland’s most cherished worlds into the present day. The story opens as Perennia, the mythical dragon of the Rose Garden, disappears and her realm is engulfed in flames. Guided by Helia, the Sage of Hope, ten Sages set out to protect their world from a dark entity known as the Ash Man. A thrilling The Great Library of Tomorrow is rooted in the values that are so important to the People of Tomorrow: to live today, love tomorrow, and unite forever.
“In crafting this tale, Tomorrowland has created a testament to our enduring quest for deeper understanding of our place in this world.”
Louie Schwarzberg (director of Fantastic Funghi)
Now, anticipation is rising once again with the upcoming release of The Sky of Sacrifice – the second book in the trilogy. As the Great Library prepares for a momentous celebration, Nu, the Sage of Truth, must face the resurgence of ancient nightmares that threaten the realms anew. When a shocking act sets the sages on divergent paths, they journey across both familiar and undiscovered worlds, uncovering hidden relics and long-buried truths. Friendships are tested, alliances are forged, and the balance between light and shadow hangs by a thread.
Following its exclusive preview at FACTS Ghent and the Frankfurter Buchmesse, Sky of Sacrifice this November. The Dutch, English, and German editions will be available via thegreatlibraryoftomorrow.com and the Tomorrowland Store, with more languages on the horizon.
THE ORIGIN STORY OF THE 2025 THEME THE ODES OF ORBYZ (NOVEL) & TOMORROWLAND’S FIRST-EVER COMIC
Step into Nymbuz, a glacial, subterranean city where courage and friendship light the way. The Odes of Orbyz – the festival novel tied to the 2025 theme – follows Tybla as disappearances shake her community and a mine explosion rattles the realm. It’s a punchy, high-stakes journey through Tomorrowland's latest world. Alongside the novel, Tomorrowland has introduced its first-ever comic, developed alongside acclaimed creators from the global comics world. This visually striking release brings the with cinematic panels and fresh lore.
STEVE AOKI’S THOUGHTS
Steve Aoki was one of the first to read The Great Library of Tomorrow and he devoured it: “With this new fantasy book by Rosalia Aguilar Solace, Tomorrowland has once again exceeded all of my expectations. The characters, the world building, and the story had me immersed from page one. In true Tomorrowland fashion, the book embodies the culture and ethos of the festival that inspired it, breaking out into sensational new worlds. There are scenes that will have the reader thrilled and on the edge of their seat. And it is set in a whole new universe of worlds for us to explore, from the magical and evocative forests of Silvyra to the stunning City of Forever.”

MORPHO BY TOMORROWLAND
Every Tomorrowland stage begins with a question: what if space could move you?
That same question sparked MORPHO by Tomorrowland: a new design label by Tomorrowland’s Great Library Design Studio. Rooted in Belgium, but built for the world, MORPHO by Tomorrowland isn’t about trends or decoration; it’s about atmosphere, intention... about transformation. MORPHO by Tomorrowland offers furniture and objects that feel alive –sculptural but grounded, architectural yet warm.
The first collection merges powder-coated steel with solid wood and bold geometry with subtle details. There’s tables that anchor a room and lounge chairs that invite pause. Designs feature sweeping, organic curves that set the tone without stealing the show.
For its first chapter, the label joined forces with a trio of Belgian pioneers who share a love for craftsmanship with purpose.
Ethnicraft brings its signature blend of natural materials and timeless construction, blessing each piece with a quiet strength. Atelier Vierkant adds a sculptural edge with handcrafted ceramic vessels that feel born from the earth itself. And RVB elevates everyday rituals with precision-engineered taps that blur the line between function and art. Together, they shape a design language that feels both elemental and elevated. It’s built to last, but made to evolve.
You’ll find MORPHO by Tomorrowland’s vision brought to life right here at the new Tomorrowland Store in Ibiza, on the leafy terrace with its striking bespoke metal umbrellas as well as indoors, where it weaves through the space like a calm undercurrent.
This is design for those who see the beauty in structure. For those who believe that furniture can be more than an object – it can hold meaning. Discover MORPHO by Tomorrowland via ethnicraft.com.
MICHELIN-STARRED RESTAURANT OWNER
THIjS MELIEFSTE
BECOMES TOMORROWLAND’S GLOBAL EXECUTIVE HEAD CHEF
Tomorrowland is well on its way to become a 360 brand in the truest sense of the word. Its activities now extend way beyond the various festivals. Products carrying the label include designer furniture, fashion, gravel bikes, scented candles — and of course food, lots of food. Dutch Michelin-star chef Thijs Meliefste sold his beloved restaurant over the summer in favour of a brand-new senior position at Tomorrowland. As the Global Executive Head Chef, Thijs will focus on further integrating Tomorrowland’s already exquisite dining experiences into the brand’s DNA. While the food on offer has long been on point, Thijs is well admired for pushing things to perfection, which is exactly what he’ll be doing for Tomorrowland.
Congrats on your new job, Thijs! You must be excited - but how does it feel to let go of your restaurant?
“It’s been quite a strange summer indeed. My restaurant lease came to an end and I faced the choice of either investing a lot of money into buying the property and renovating it, or selling the business. In the Netherlands, running a restaurant outside the big cities has become increasingly challenging due to staff shortages and changing customer preferences, so I decided not to invest and instead focus on something new. I didn’t have to wait very long for the next exciting project to enter my life!”
How do you feel, being on the brink of this grand new project?
“Very happy! I have a long working relationship with Tomorrowland, having worked on the menu for the Tomorrowland Restaurant for years. I did it on my own at first and later alongside Roger van Damme, Nick Bril, and Marcelo Ballardin. So when the Tomorrowland team heard about my decision to sell my business, they were quick to approach me. What’s new about this position is that it’s not going to be about the festival per se. I’ll be focusing on developing a global food strategy, which will include signature dishes and restaurants all over the world. Dining at the festival will be an integral part of this global, Tomorrowland-style approach to food.”
What are some of the culinary developments at Tomorrowland throughout the years?
“The standard has been high from the onset, but we’ve managed to pay even more attention to detail in recent years, with an even stronger focus on experience. During the first years, we were doing our own thing, inventing new dishes and just creating an overall great dining experience. What has brought the biggest change is that we’re now working much closer with Tomorrowland’s creative team. Ideas are constantly exchanged between the culinary team and those involved in storytelling within the realm of Tomorrowland. These exchanges have led, for example, to rooms and dishes that are directly tied to the festival’s themes. So last year, when the theme was LIFE, the restaurant featured a lush setting with a pond, lots of vegetation, smoke and mist. This year, as we all know, the Mainstage burnt down. But inside the restaurant, we created a space dedicated to the theme of Orbyz, a mysterious community, sheltered beneath a giant ice cap.”
Your role is to develop the culinary aspect of Tomorrowland beyond the festival. What exactly does this mean in concrete terms?
“It can be anything, and lots of ideas are still in the early stages. But we'll be developing more dishes that have become synonymous with the brand –like the Tomorrowland Waffle and the Tomorrowland Burger. On a different level, we are working on Essence, a new experience in Ibiza that will not only include a club, but also a restaurant. These are just examples, it’s only the beginning of something even bigger!”
Tomorrowland was born out of love for electronic music. Do you have a personal connection to the dancefloor?
“Very much so! Lots of my friends are DJs and among them are two hardstyle geniuses: D-Block & S-te-Fan. When I first started working with the Tomorrowland Restaurant, I agreed under one condition: I wanted one day off to roam the Holy Grounds and enjoy the music.”
“Over the years, we came to work much closer with Tomorrowland’s creative team. Ideas are constantly exchanged with those who create the magical stories.”
Fun fact: Thijs was already cooking at Tomorrowland the very summer he earned his Michelin star — making it an unforgettable year in more ways than one.
