Doll maker Alice Mary Lynch loves the poetry in everyday life. Growing up in Somerset with artist parents Alice scoured fleamarkets with a magpieâ&#x20AC;&#x2DC;s instinct for curiosities to inhabit her fairytale world.. After nine years working in Paris as a designer for John Galliano, Christian Dior and Sonia Rykiel, Alice recently moved back to Somerset, where she now lives with her Japanese husband and their two small children. Each doll is armoured with glass beads, crystals and talismen, glittering little warriors who watch out for us in the real world..

is designed in The Netherlands (Amsterdam) by Peg-
gy van Neer and Erik van Loo.
It started with a sillyidea about
a cardboard box duvet cover; Le-Clochard. And it lived inside Peggyâ&#x20AC;&#x2DC;s head for years. Together they worked out a plan to donate a large part of the proceeds to The Dutch Foundation for Homeless Youngsters (SZN). Because a duvet cover like Le-Clochard only sleeps well if it actually helps a homeless person. The Homeless Foundation responded with enthusiasm to their plans and so Erik and Peggy decided to take the plunge.
