To support and work with the Board of Trustees to enable them to fulfil their duties and responsibilities for the proper governance of the organisation, including being responsible for the preparation of the SHCVS annual report, and ensuring that all reporting requirements for the Charities Commission and Companies House are met.

8. To represent SHCVS at Devon Voluntary Action (DeVA), attending regular meetings and making the most of Devon-wide partnerships and funding possibilities, and to act as a representative of DEVA if required.
