CLASSROOM FACILITATOR Salary: £24,905 - £27,750 Code4000 are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our small team, where your work will have a direct impact on the lives of the people you work with. As a Classroom Facilitator, you will be responsible for the coordination of a cohort of students working through the Code4000 coding curriculum. This involves providing day-to-day support to each student, the assessment of work, providing meaningful feedback, and administering accredited material. While most students work independently and at their own pace through the curriculum, the role requires the occasional delivery of traditional classroom sessions, either to the whole cohort or a sub-section. Our students are drawn from the full spectrum of the prison population and not all will have had positive experiences of formal training or education in the past. The role requires that each student is treated as an individual with recognition of their specific learning needs. Working within the aims and values of Code4000, you will work sympathetically, and with compassion, and act as role model to Code4000 student and the broader prison population.
