Where the Headteacher is absent, from the school the Deputy Headteacher must undertake their professional duties to the extent required by the Headteacher or the relevant governing body As the Headteacher is required to work across both sites, it is expected that the Deputy Headteacher will be required to undertake these duties frequently on a weekly basis.
