Site Manager Cyclical Salary: Grade H, £29,577 - £32,234 An opportunity has arisen within Gateshead Construction Services in the Planned Investment Team for the role of Site Manager Cyclical works. This role will supervise the delivery of Specialist Subcontracted Cyclical works on Gateshead Council’s Housing and non-housing stock portfolio. The role will help ensure that Gateshead Council is compliant with current legislation and safety standards related to these activities. The successful candidate will over see: • Mechanical and Electrical Cyclical works undertaken by specialist contractors • Quality and Safety Inspections of Contractors • Operational delivery of remedial works resulting from Cyclical inspections and testing You will ideally educated to HNC Level in a Building Services Engineering or have extensive experience as a Supervisor / Manager in an Electrical or Mechanical role. You will have ideally also be experience of working within a busy M&E department operationally.
