Ms. Maegan and Ms. Chatia

Our art of living for this month is called I can include others. While we always encourage our friends throughout the day to share and play together. This activity really focused on working alongside each other. We used our outside easel, a large piece of paper, different colored paints, and paintbrushes to create. We gave each of our friends a paintbrush and had them work side by side to create a beautiful piece of art together!

Ms. Nava & Ms. Monse

We went on a nature walk with our binoculars and magnifying glasses to observe nature and collect different items like pinecone, acorn, different varieties of leaves, flowers, tiny fruits, sticks, and many other items of our choice to make a nature mobile. Some kids decided to make their nature mobiles only with pinecone, and some kids decided to add more leaves and flowers, and some kids decided to make specific patterns to show their mathematical skills. Later on, some friends added different color paints to show their creativity to make their nature mobile to look more colorful.

Feathers The Nest Librar Let’s

Welcome to Buddy’s Book Review!

A review of our favorite children’s books here at The Nest Schools. We thoroughly believe in the power of literature, and we are excited to introduce wonderful new children’s books to our families in hopes that they will expand their own home libraries as we expand our own!

How do we review and rate each book?

We rate in terms of its likeness to our core values: KINDNESS, WELLNESS, INNOVATION, and FUN. Five feathers will be given for the core value we think each book best represents.
