Southwest Behavioral promotes Buttermore BY GLENDALE STAR STAFF Southwest Behavioral & Health Services promoted Paul Buttermore to vice president of inpatient and crisis services. A licensed professional counselor, Buttermore has more than 10 years of experience in the behavioral health industry. He was most recently the program director of the permanent supportive housing and in-home counseling programs. Valley’s homeless, veterans and SMI populations. Before he was hired by Southwest Behavioral & Health Services in 2013, Buttermore was a mental health counselor with the Phoenix Fire Department. In his new role, Buttermore will oversee the agency’s Maricopa County Inpatient Units, Community Recovery Units and Recovery Transition Program. “Paul’s oversight of our permanent supportive housing and in-home counseling programs enabled our organiza-
