One to ones
If your child requires one to one support, you must call 01923 776611 to book and we will do our best to arrange this support for your child. One to one spaces are limited, therefore spaces will only be offered based on availability.

Our cancellation & refund policy
If you would like to change a booking to an alternative date we will do our best to accommodate your request. Bookings cannot be changed between children or families. Refunds will only be issued on medical grounds, supported by a letter from your doctor; these will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Cancellations must be done by email to leisure@threerivers.gov.uk If your child/ren is unable to attend on a particular day you must contact Three Rivers District Council on 01923 776611 by 9am on that day so that the place can be allocated to the next person on the waiting list. Failure to do so will result in a restriction to book onto future schemes.
