Dearest Investor, I am excited to share some good news and an exciting update with you! Firstly, your investment dollars with Tricord Global remain hard at work to earn a return on your money. Today, your investment is actively impacting the lives of over 5,000 Tricord clients and their surrounding communities!

Most savvy investors like yourself use two metrics of success to evaluate their social impact investment. The first indicator is the ROI (Return on Investment) which is simply the kind of financial return one gets on their investment dollars. The second indicator is the SIR (social impact return), which is the difference being made in the area of your socioeconomic concern. As a Tricord investor, we keep you up to date on your ROI with the global notes. Even though we communicate with you about your SIR, we felt the need to amplify our connection with you.

On that note, I have an exciting announcement to make. We are launching the quarterly Tricord Update. It is directly focused on two things: reporting the social impact your investment is making and providing information that adds value to you, the investor.

These updates will allow you to meet some of our clients, hear their stories, read investor testimonials, receive investment insights, and stay updated on Tricord’s growth and expansion. Tricord Global is your platform. We want you to feel like you are meaningfully involved in making a difference for the Kingdom of God. Pastor Sebuyungo Edward's Story Pastor Sebuyungo Edward is one of our oldest clients.

We have had the privilege of growing alongside him over the years— this man is a hard worker. He is an entrepreneur at heart who needed more finances to expand his business. He owned a retail shop, but with the support of Glotrans, he was able to grow into a wholesale shop for general merchandise! His business is now located at Kiboga Town, which is over 40 kilometers from Kampala city. In addition, he partakes in coffee and banana farming to boost his income as a pastor. This took fifteen million shillings, which is the equivalent to just over $4,000 US dollars. Now, Pastor Sebuyungo Edward can serve over 200 clients per day and employs four people on his 20-acre plantation.

One $4,000 (USD) loan =

200 people with access to groceries and necessary goods per day

Money circulated back into the local community

4 people employed = 4 families with a sustainable income stream

The ability for Pastor Sebuyungo Edward to subsidize his income and continue his pastoral work.

And, the growth continues!

Investor Testimony B O B M E R R IT T When did you start investing with Tricord, and what inspired you to start?

Several years ago I went to a summit at Charis Bible College. I met Billy Epperhart and his wife. I asked him a couple of tough questions about real estate, IRAs, selfdirecting, and all that. He knew the answers, and that put him in the top 1% of my choices for investing— I asked some hard questions. After meeting him, I believed that he was a man of God and that his family was investing in the things of the Lord. That pretty much convinced me.

What has your experience been like so far?

They pay the interest on time and I assume the principle is fine, so it’s better than a lot of my investments— let’s put it that way!

Do you have a favorite social impact story?

I like that Tricord helps get businesses going— they’re not just handing out things. They help underprivileged people in Africa get businesses going and those people hire other people later on. That’s the kind of thing I want to see, and it’s what I think God wants to see. I think it’s better to use the resources God gives you to help somebody rather than just to sink them into some capital market.

Farm Uganda Our Tricord Global clients are visionaries. One of them is Samuel Ahumuza, who is the managing director of Farm Uganda. Samuel saw a problem in his country. Over 75% of Ugandans are farmers, but the average farmer has little to no education and grows food mostly to feed themselves and their families. An average family of 7 barely produces enough food to survive with 1 acre of land. With such low yields, they not only have poor nutrition but the daily ration for each person just about ½ a pound of food.

With a hand up from Tricord Global and a few other benefactors, Farm Uganda brings in these family farmers and gives them hands-on, experiential learning. These farmers are taught improved farming techniques that increase their health and standard of living while benefitting the local economy.

Their goal is to transform subsistence farmers into successful agripreneurs (a breed of entrepreneurs combining their love for agriculture with business) exemplifying good farming practices. These sustainable practices enable them to produce nutritious organic food at a rate of about 4 to 5 times their current production.

Farm Uganda's Social Impact:

- The farm currently employs 12 full time sand 50 seasonal workers.

- Dignity is restored through meaningful work - Increase in food security = decrease in hunger.

People have more time to devote to other pursuits.
