Roadside Products Pty Ltd is the manufacturer and distributor of Durapost® road and utility safety products. Our guide and marker post systems are designed and manufactured to meet or exceed all Australian Standards and individual state traffic authority specifications. We also manufacture to meet various international specifications and requirements for road edge delineator posts. Durapost has the most extensive range of delineator and asset marker post systems available in Australia and internationally. Our range includes semi-flexible steel posts, tubular steel guideposts, 360o flexible HDPE posts, and flexible UV stabilized PVC posts. All products can be customised for colour, graphics, installation base and dimensions. Durapost specialises in the design and manufacture of asset marker post systems for gas and water pipelines, buried cables, fire hydrants and other utility assets requiring durable and clear marking for AS2885 compliance. We also manufacture safety signage, etched aluminium marker plates and vitreous enamel marking plates. Setting us apart from our opposition is our range and solutions for all installation requirements, and the necessary equipment to carry out installations efficiently and safely. Our highly experienced sales team provide on-site installation and safety training to road maintenance crews of and contractors to local government authorities and other users of our products. Roadside Products Pty Ltd’s head office and manufacturing is located in Thornton, NSW Australia. We have experienced sales staff based in all states of Australia and distribution & sales centres in Stapylton, QLD and Perth, WA.

Welcome Durapost® products provide continuous safety and reduced maintenance costs, thus delivering an unrivalled whole of life product performance. We are proud to be Australia’s leading manufacturer and distributor of road edge guideposts, highway delineators, asset marker posts, impact recovering sign structures, flexible bollards and frangible sign support systems. Our 8,000m2 company headquarters in the Hunter Valley, NSW occupies a 1.7ha site, with additional distribution centres in Queensland and Western Australia. Our manufacturing plant and equipment include fully automated polymer injection moulders, HDPE blow moulding and PVC extrusion, a CNC router, powder coating, rollformers, robotic welding, brake presses, digital printing and automated labelling. Our product safety is the highest possible and intrinsic to the design and materials used. Premium range Durapost products include Flexi360® guideposts, Flexi360® route marker posts, Hylyte™ delineators, uPVC guideposts, Lane-Flex® flexible bollards, Poly-Flex™ impact recovery sign posts and Signfix® frangible sign support systems. Durapost products are proven to reduce maintenance and replacement cost, promote safe and efficient installation and provide continuous safety for road users.

The safety features from our products are the highest possible and intrinsic to the design and materials used. Durapost products are proven to reduce maintenance and replacement cost, minimise injury risk and provide safe messaging and continuous delineation for infrastructure asset users. Our flexible products recover to there original shape after repeated vehicle impacts. There are no sharp edges or parts to catch or injure. Our range of frangible sign support structures carry signs of up to 40m2 in all Australian wind regions. They have been rigorously tested to comply to AS/NZS 3845.1/2 (MASH).

FLEXI360 ROUTE MARKER
Based on the technology of the Flexi360 Guidepost, the sign recesses of the Flexi360 Route Marker are designed to have two Ø150mm circular signs or a 150 x 300mm sign. Graphics and decals are customisable on engineer grade vinyl or retroreflective film. Designed and manufactured in Australia for Australian conditions.

FLEXI360 GUIDEPOST Durapost® Flexi360 Guidepost System is a fully flexible 360 degree post with an installation option to suit all road surfaces. The Flexi360 has a high density polyethylene sheath with flexible polyurethane hinge on surface mount or driveable steel anchor. Assembled height is 1 meter. Designed and manufactured in Australia for Australian conditions.
SEMI-RIGID STEEL GUIDEPOST Our premium grade steel guide post and driving system is of the highest quality and manufactured from high tensile steel. This product has the capability of withstanding multiple impacts and allows exceptional restraightening capabilities.

LANE-FLEX® Lane-flex® is the most durable reboundable traffic lane divider or bollard on the market. Lane-Flex is a premium polymer product that will endure repeated impacts and wheel-overs. Lane-Flex is available in multiple colours and heights ranging from 300mm to 1000mm. It is available in bolt down glue down, drivable spike, or removable socket form.
RETRO POST ® RPS Retro Post is a heavy duty solution for high impact traffic zones. Manufactured from high grade flexible rubber compound reinforced with steel cables, Retro Posts have unrivalled strength and durability to withstand repeated vehicular impacts.

POLY-FLEX ™
Poly-Flex™ products are made from very strong, flexible injection moulded polyurethane and are manufactured in Australia at the Thornton NSW facilities. Poly-Flex flexible sign posts, frames and bollards are passively safe roadside products that recover after repeated impacts. When hit by a vehicle, they absorb impacts, before recovering to their original position.

HYLYTE™
Hylyte™ is Australia’s leading provider of highway delineation products for guardrail, bridge rail and concrete barriers. Hylyte delineators are made from UV stabilised nylon 6 and PVC, complete with class 1a reflective film. Upon impact, a Hylyte delineator will return to its original upright position, maintaining a high level of road safety at all times.

SIGNS AND PLATES
Modern digital sign printing technology produces high quality and long life vinyl or class 1 retroreflective signage for energy, telecommunication and utility assets. Our manufacturing facilities include Zund and Trumpf laser cutting machinery to customise sign substrates to any specification.
