GAB Voice Technology, through its virtual assistant Gabby, launched as the world’s first personal voice assistant developed specifically for the sports, entertainment, and gaming industries. Gabby gives voice to the fan, but, just as importantly, provides a natural way for team or venue management to implement technology within an organization, creating a truly “conversational platform” to quickly collect and query information and receive real-time feedback and updates.

Gabby and the GAB Voice Technology Platform provide real-time, transactional access to tickets, concessions, merchandise, parking, navigation, and exclusive content. Gabby tears down pre-existing barriers and allows both fans and team and venue management access to all of the information they need in one place, through a frictionless experience.

The Remedy assisted in the development of the GAB Voice Technology Platform, helping to position an existing voice technology platform to one specifically for the sports and entertainment space. And serving as expert advisors in the sports and entertainment space within the technology group, which had little to no experience in sports and entertainment.

In addition to developing strategies and optimal use cases within the industry for the most impactful engagement, The Remedy developed a go-to-market strategy that included both the sports space (sports teams and venues) and the gaming space (casinos and mobile betting).

In addition to creating the GAB brand and positioning the established voice technology for a new use in sports and gaming, The Remedy established investment strategies, scripted and produced product videos, and designed the creative for a mobile app demo in order to get the GAB brand and technology in front of industry leaders in a form where they could see, touch, experience, and talk directly to Gabby. These assets proved invaluable in introducing what could at times be a difficult concept to a sector that badly needed a technological elevation.
