Team America is a non-profit organization championed by Pro Football Hall of Famer LaDainian Tomlinson with a mission centered around inclusiveness and opportunity for all. A true team-first player throughout his life and his amazing football career, LaDainian cherishes the values and principles manifested within the team environment. Thus, Team America focuses on prosperity through team rather than accomplishment through individualism, for it is through team where individuals are forced to come together for the collective well-being and where the unified human spirit of many can awaken a force exponentially more powerful than that of any one man, ultimately causing meaningful, transformational accomplishment.

Team America focuses on four core issue areas: (1) Character & Leadership, (2) Service & Engagement, (3) Spiritual & Community Uplift, and (4) Economic Empowerment. It is through programs within these four initiatives that Team America believes its positive, constructive vision of unity is perfectly situated to help our nation begin to reconcile its differences and become a country where we no longer impede on the opportunities of our fellow man, but instead, as LaDainian said during his historic Hall of Fame speech, we stand together to determine the best way forward.

The Remedy began working with LaDainian as he was preparing for his Hall of Fame induction. When he presented what was unanimously lauded as one of the most impactful speeches ever delivered from the Hall of Fame podium, it was abundantly clear that there was more to this than just a speech. The Remedy presented to him the opportunity to develop an entire movement and organization around the themes that flowed from his heartfelt address. Thus, Team America was born.

In addition to coming up with the visual identity for Team America, The Remedy developed an entire positioning for the new brand. From the vision and mission to the core initiative areas to the entire brand profile, The Remedy took a measured and methodical approach in building the Team America brand. This included layering in his other companies, ventures, and initiatives into one aligned organization within a single brand, while also allowing those entities to continue to operate and conduct business as standalone properties.
