COMMUNITY NEWS Santa Claus draws a sold-out crowd to annual Kiwanis Breakfast The Kiwanis Club of Paris Brant held their 7th annual Kiwanis Breakfast with Santa on November 25th at St. James Parish Hall on Burwell Street. Both sittings, with a capacity of 80 each, sold out two weeks in advance of the event. There were over 15 Kiwanian volunteers and their families that helped to make the day extra special for the kids. The Kiwanis Club hosts this event annually, not as a fundraiser, but to give back to the community. Gracious sponsors cover most of the event’s costs. These sponsors include: TD Bank Paris, Peak Reality – Jim & Karla Stonham, Co-Operators McNaughton Agency, Re/Max Shelly Gracey, Dog-Eared Café, Top Rock Construction, Little Paris Bread Co, Wendy in Real Estate: Wendy Eveleigh, John M. Hall, Sobeys Paris, No Frills Paris and Tim Hortons at 1084 Rest Acres Road. If you, too, would like to get involved with serving the kids in Brant County Communities, please write to kiwanisparisbrant@gmail.com #KIDSNEEDKIWANIS
