KIDS’ CORNER
Their float had the classic Grinch sitting on top of a small barn. Who would’ve thought that he would appear at the Santa Claus parade? I guess he came in the Saint Nick of time!
Brantford’s BRISC, a community that empowers urban indigenous people, came with a very elegant float made of strong materials with soft Christmas lights decorated all over that looked incredible and appealing! They were performing native songs for an audience of families from all over Brant.

TK Liquidation Brantford showed off their float in which you could see they put a lot of work into it The float was a train passenger carriage called the TK Polar Express with children inside boarding the train, waving to all the families as they passed! I’m curious as to where they were snoing…
For a sweet twist on a festive float, Cedar Lab appeared at the parade with a bright float decorated with candy all over There were enlarged lollipops and candy canes all over, wowing all of the children that saw them They even gave out candy canes afterward, stocking up on favourite holiday treats!
Other Ho Ho Highlights
An array of different coloured Jeeps (from blue, to grey, to red) especially came to the parade all decorated in lights, stickers, and yuletide joy! While some had lights all around the vehicle, others had small Christmas trees on top. But the one that stuck out the most was the last truck with inflatable Dinosaurs wearing Santa Claus costumes on the back! These decorations are tree-mendous
There was more music at the parade apart from BRISC’s float, you know! Soldiers from all over Canada holding flags of different provinces and territories were marching to a band behind them playing well-known Christmas songs. It was very well thought out, I quite enjoyed it!
Now finally, the moment you’ve the grand finale – Santa Claus!
Photos
All been reading for, Santa Claus (who’s been coming for a whopping 47 years in a row) made a very grand entrance to the parade coming in on his famous sled behind his magical reindeer with the presents in the back to give to all of the children I’m sure he had a ho ho happy time!
Conclusion
The fact that this year was their 47th year running this parade is a definite confirmation that the children love coming back and seeing all of the floats go by. It makes them feel happy and gives them the unbearable feeling of waiting for Christmas to come. The parade was amazing and my only complaint was how cold it was. I nearly turned into a snowman!
