NOTES November has been full of spirit for Monrovia Key Club! Starting with Fall Rally, we took our members to Magic Mountain to participate in spirit battles, canting, and making new friends from California, Nevada, and Hawaii! We had our DCM which was a potluck/friendsgiving, showing our appreciation for one another while enjoying food that everyone brought. With winter

Hey key club peeps! November was a fun filled month where we prepared for fally rally and participated in it. We made it into the third round which was so exciting during the spirit rally since we haven’t made it in the top three before. Now it’s December a new month and the last month of 2023! There are many fun opportunities within the division to make new friends at the ice skating event as well as gaining service hours through the rose float decorating event! Stay safe and have fun this holiday season<3

On November 11th 2023, Monrovia Key club went to Fall Rally South at Six Flags to celebrate raising funds for PTP. We were able to meet many other members across our district and participate in spirit battles with other clubs. Along with making new friends, our division made it to the final round during our Spirit Session. Our club definitely had lots of fun going on rides, eating lots of yummy foods, and spending quality time with other Key Clubbers!

PREPARING FOR FINALS With finals coming quick and just around the corner it’s important to be prepared and mentally strong for the last stretch of the semester and year! avoid the urge to procrastinate get enough sleep to function properly *at least 8 hours study in advance to prepare yourself write out practice questions create a study group/study alone at a cafe or library work for 25min and then take a break for 5min continue the cycle until your assignments are done
