The Club Established in 1983, The Honors Course is located just Northeast of Chattanooga, TN in a community known as Ooltewah. The Club’s mission is focused on amateur golf and has hosted many amateur championships. The continued investment in the course and facilities has earned recognition in The Top 100 Greatest Courses and #1 Course in Tennessee by Golf Digest since 1987. Aside from the recognition and involvement in amateur golf, The Honors Course offers an exclusive, first-class experience to its members and their guests. Pristine golf conditions, top notch food and beverage service and offerings, and elegant accommodations make this unique golf club one of the best in the nation.
The Position The Honors Course is searching for a motivated, passionate, and engaging leader to assume the role of Director of Club Operations at a premier private club. An individual with experience in golf clubs or a club hosting major tournaments is a plus. The Director of Club Operations will coordinate and oversee all aspects of the clubhouse operation to ensure the quality and consistency of services and amenities. This professional should have strong leadership skills and a proven track record developing individuals and creating and promoting a positive team culture.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive leadership and management experience in a hospitality environment., preferably a private club.

CCM designation or working towards one is a plus

A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management preferred.

The position is available immediately.
Salary & Benefits Salary is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Club offers an excellent bonus and benefit package.
