Listed on the Historic Register, BIBA is being reinvented as a curated oasis for discerning local and international guests who share a love for West Palm Beach

Set to open in early 2025, BIBA will be an exclusive private social club and 26-room hotel focused on crafted culinary experiences, cultural celebration and the forging of relationships With a Food and Beverage Concept developed by the Paris Society and the unique architecture and interior design by Parisian architect, Reda Amalou, BIBA is a destination to be desired

About the Position

BIBA is seeking an energetic, innovative and professional leader to assume the role of Director of Food & Beverage This individual will be responsible for leading the entire Front of House Food & Beverage operation through the Club opening and beyond It is important this individual is capable of mentoring and developing the managers, supervisors, and line level staff they oversee, with routine training, education and growth opportunities

The qualified candidate should have a strong background in luxury hospitality and an ability to curate creative and personalized services and experiences. An individual with prior experience opening a new or renovated hotel, resort or Club is a plus.

▪ Ability to cultivate a high-level of member satisfaction through consistency in services and amenities.

▪ A strong understanding of top-notch experiences for Club members and guests.

▪ Effective fiscal management through development and delivery of actual operational and capital results in alignment with approved budgets.

▪ The desire to maintain a high level of visibility among members and staff.

▪ A sense of urgency and ability to balance multiple areas of responsibilities simultaneously.

▪ Adept in conflict management and problem solving; receiving and addressing Member feedback in a timely manner

▪ Strong knowledge in Beer, Wine, and Spirits, staying up to date with current beverage trends to implement a robust beverage program.

Qualifications

✓ A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a luxury club, resort, or similar hospitality setting

✓ Experience in opening of a new property a plus

✓ A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management or equivalent work experience.
